The Guardian reported that Trump renewed attacks on the wife of the judge in the New York civil fraud trial of his business empire, before and almost immediately after an appellate court on Thursday reinstated a gag order against him in the case.
On Wednesday, Trump attacked Dawn Engoron, the wife of the judge, Arthur Engoron, and the judge’s clerk, on his failing social media platform.
Today the gag order against Trump, which had been paused two weeks ago, was reinstated, but it did not stop Trump lashing out further. Barely an hour after that, Trump unleashed a barrage of social media outrage at the law clerk who has become the lightning rod for his rage in the case.
Judge Engoron has already fined Trump $15,000 for twice violating the gag order and warned that future breaches would be met with steeper penalties, including imprisonment. Trump needs to be physically bound, gagged, and put in jail.

THE PIG LIES AGAIN!
Newsweek reported that Trump says he never swore an oath to support the Constitution. Trump is a lying pig.
Supreme Court Justice John Roberts administered the oath of office to Trump as his wife Melania Trump held the Bible and his son Barron watched at the U.S. Capitol on January 20, 2017. All of America watched on television.
Yet this PIG, who is such a face-hiding coward that he failed to attend Rosalynn Carter's Memorial Service yesterday along with all the other still-living past presidents and first ladies, is now saying he swore a presidential oath to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution, not "support" it.
Lower court judge Sarah B. Wallace already ruled that Trump had "engaged in insurrection" on January 6, the day of the Capitol riot. In their appeal, Trump's lawyers reiterated that the wording of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment does not apply to people running for president and that Trump technically did not swear an oath to "support" the Constitution. Instead, during his January 2017 inauguration, Trump swore to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution during his role as president.
"This treacherous criminal [Trump] is head of the Republican Party," Democratic New Jersey Congressman Bill Pascrell posted on social media.
"Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered." Trump is a lying pig.

Even Top Republican Donors Reject Trump
The Americans for Prosperity Action (AFP Action), one of the most influential conservative organizations in the U.S., has been urging Republican voters to choose an "electable" alternative to Trump. The group had previously never gone as far as to actively campaign against him, as it is doing now.
Trump is a LOSER. The Americans for Prosperity Action knows it, and the rest of the world knows it as well. The AFP Action has pledged to fight Trump's bid for re-election, urging the Republican Party to pick a candidate "who can win" in 2024.
An official from the AFP Action said that it had raised more than $70 million for political races and other down-ballot races in the House and Senate to sink Trump's bid for 2024. Part of AFP Action's campaign against Trump involves two digital spots portraying Trump as a "serial loser" who is "unelectable."
The "Disqualification Clause," Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, is clear. It needs no further interpretation. Public officials who aid or take part in an insurrection against the U.S. Constitution violate the oaths they took to support it. There is no uncertainty about what happened on Jan. 6, 2021. Trump led an insurrection against the United States. Section 3 disqualifies Trump from ever serving in state or federal government again. Let's prosecute this traitor to the full extent of the law, get him off the ballot in every state, and let Trump go down in history as the failure that he is.

Trump = Top Global Threat for 2024
Trump has been identified as one of the top global threats for 2024 by The Economist. Historian Ruth Ben-Ghiat, a preeminent expert on fascism, warns that Trump’s actions are reminiscent of authoritarian regimes, including plans for mass detentions and expansion of psychiatric institutions. “The communists in the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) routinely put dissidents in psychiatric institutions,” said Ben-Ghiat.
Trump's plan is both "lawless and corrupt and is straight out of the history of authoritarianism," said Ben-Ghiat. Reports indicate that Trump's allies are screening potential followers and planning to expand his power in the U.S. government if he wins in 2024.

While Trump has in the past used similar language to last weekend’s posting, this one came amid growing awareness that Trump is unequivocally saying that if he gets a second term, he will rule as a fascist. His use, the previous weekend, of the word “vermin” to attack perceived domestic political enemies mimicked Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler. Trump's aides are promoting an authoritarian blueprint they have developed to allow him, in a second term, to weaponize the Justice Department against his political adversaries, carry out mass deportations, arbitrarily fire federal workers and install loyalists in government agencies who will obey his orders without question.
Citizen Trump is a cancerous, anti-American, fascist pig who must be convicted and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for his traitorous acts against America.

Judge rules that Trump specifically incited the Jan. 6 insurrection
In an extraordinary, historic finding, Judge Sarah B. Wallace in Colorado ruled that Trump incited the Jan. 6 insurrection and directed it at the Capitol. Wallace also determined that Trump long embraced political violence and intended the Jan. 6 mob to engage in violence, and that he knew his claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him — the essential grievance of the insurrection — was false.
Trump "convened a large crowd on the date of the certification in Washington, D.C., focused them on the certification process, told them their country was being stolen from them, called for strength and action, and directed them to the Capitol where the certification was about to take place,” said the judge. “The Court has found that Trump was aware that his supporters were willing to engage in political violence and that they would respond to his calls for them to do so.”
It's past due time to get rid of Trump, America's #1 traitor.

Eradicate the feral super pig
The LA Times has reported that an exploding population of hard-to-eradicate “super pigs” in Canada is threatening to spill south of the border. These wild pigs pose a new threat that's spreading out of control.
They're already here, folks. They're called right-wing, Republican MAGA Maggots — supporters of Trump, the insurrectionist and spreader of bogus election lies about winning the 2020 election.
As the article claims, pigs are not native to North America. They spread devastating diseases, reproduce quickly, and can be aggressive.
On Wednesday of this week, Todd Blanche and John Lauro, two of Trump's ambulance-chasing lawyers, filed a written submission stating that the federal election interference case against Trump is based on his alleged "lies" and that lies and false statements are protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution. The Trump filing relies heavily on a 2012 Supreme Court ruling in United States v. Alvarez that says Xavier Alvarez, an elected official of a water district board in California, could not be prosecuted for his false claims that he was awarded a congressional medal for bravery. The Supreme Court said that he had a right to lie, including claiming to be a U.S. Marine who had fought for his country. Trump's lawyers said in their submission to U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan that the Alvarez case shows that falsehoods are protected free speech and that false statements made during an election campaign are protected by the First Amendment. False statements and lying are just a normal part of Trump's everyday life — if Trump's lips are moving, he's undoubtedly lying.

Trump also said: "I will take care of the 'threat from within'"; "Migrants are 'poisoning the blood of our country'"; and "One people, one family, one glorious nation."

Leonard Glass, an associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, wonders whether the Trump-Hitler comparison based on the usage of the word "vermin" has crossed into "new terrain." Glass wrote, "That terrain, driven by grandiosity and dread of exposure (e.g., at the [criminal] trials) could signal the emergence of an even less constrained, more overtly vicious and remorseless Trump who, should he regain the presidency, would, indeed act like the authoritarians he praises. Ty Cobb, who served as a lawyer in Trump's administration, believes Trump will eventually end up behind bars, and that is where the deranged narcissist and traitor to America belongs.

Pompous Ass complains there's no food left for him
Trump tried to do a charitable thing Sunday, handing out food to Texas National Guard soldiers, troopers, and others who will be working at the border during Thanksgiving. But he then complained that there wasn't enough food left for him. "The food looked very good. I wanted to have some, but they didn't have any for me. They had none left. That's not good. That's my kind of food too," Trump said. It's always about selfish Trump.
Based on his expanding waistline, Trump could live for a month off his own fat, or he could have gone dumpster-diving out back!

Ex-RNC Chairman said Trump should be imprisoned for lashing out at the court clerk again
Michael Steele, the former chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC), said Trump should be thrown in jail over his repeated attacks on judges and court staff in his numerous ongoing court cases. Steele warned that Trump is a "threat" and that a second term for him "represents clear and present danger." When a candidate says, 'I am your retribution' to his base, that's not good for the rest of us. People need to get their heads out of their behinds when it comes to what that threat is," Steele said.
"But I'm not going to sit back and say that the guy who tried to overthrow the government, who botched the most consequential pandemic in modern times, resulting in the death of over a million Americans, who plays footsies with our enemies in Russia and China, is going to be the answer to high inflation which, by the way, is half of what it was a year ago. I'm not buying what folks out there are trying to sell with thinking that it will be better with Donald Trump," Steele explained.
Trump would be nothing if he wasn't an UNCOUTH PIG.

Bind and Gag Trump — precedent has already been set
In the late 1960's, during the four month trial in Chicago where eight defendants were charged with violating the Federal Anti-Riot Act, 18 U.S.C. 2101, along with additional crimes in connection with violent encounters between Chicago police and demonstrators protesting the Democratic National Convention in August 1968, Bobby Seale was ordered bound and gagged in the courtroom by the judge for Seale's outbursts in the courtroom. The judge criticized the “provocative, sometimes insulting, language and activity by several defendants.”
Trump has repeatedly criticized the judge's law clerk, making false statements about her that the court found had precipitated threats of violence. When Trump twice violated a gag order prohibiting such remarks, he was fined $15,000.
Trump should be bound and gagged for his outbursts. Precedent has already been set.

Trump made his own bed
E. Jean Carroll, a former Elle magazine columnist, is seeking at least $10 million over comments Trump made in June 2019 in the White House after she first publicly accused him of raping her in a Manhattan department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. This past May, a jury ordered Trump to pay Carroll $5 million for sexual assault and defamation in a second lawsuit, after Trump again denied her claims in October 2022. Predictably, as is Trump's standard operating procedure to delay everything, he is appealing.
Reuters is now reporting that Trump wants to add a new expert witness just two months before the trial addressing how much he owes for defaming the writer. U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, who oversees the case, said Trump "made his own bed" by waiting too long. Trump always wants to bend the rules and get special treatment, even though he's not special. Thankfully, this time the judge won't allow it.
Judge Kaplan said both sides were required to propose expert witnesses a year ago, and Trump had been "on notice" in March that his expert's testimony would likely be excluded. "Although Mr. Trump states that he is 'not asking to extend or delay the start of trial,' there is a strong likelihood — given his past actions in these cases — that he would do so if his application were granted," Kaplan wrote. That Trump's chosen expert "was unreliable and would not testify had been known to him for months. Yet he did nothing," Kaplan added. "He has made his own bed and now must lie in it."

Oklahoma has an Infantile Republican Senator
In a Senate hearing Tuesday, Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma got on his feet to physically challenge Sean O’Brien, general president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, to a “stand your butt up” stand-off.
The ignorant United States senator from Oklahoma was willing to physically fight it out on the Senate floor. This low-IQ Republican representation is what the people of red state Oklahoma elected. The infantile challenge had to be stopped by Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders who complained that he was supposed to oversee a hearing, not a cage match. Sadly, Sanders had to remind Mullin that he was a US senator. Mullin later told CNN’s Dana Bash that he had every intention of coming to blows with O’Brien.
How sad — a United States senator willing to come to blows with a witness on the hearing room floor. Wake up, Oklahomans!

The Republican Rats Are Jumping Off Trump's Sinking Ship!
There's been a rush of House Republicans calling it quits in the last few weeks, jumping off of Trump's sinking ship.
Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) announced his exit from the House of Representatives on Nov. 1st. He explained that to be a member of the Republican House majority means putting up with the “many Republican leaders [who] are lying to America, claiming that the 2020 election was stolen.”
House Appropriations Chair Kay Granger (R-Texas) also quit. In October, Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) said she was quitting.
In late September, Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.) took the exit game to a new level of drama by threatening to leave immediately instead of waiting on a previously announced retirement. “The Republican House is failing the American people again,” she said.
Former Rep. David Jolly (R-Fla.) left the party of Trump in 2018.
Every Republican still in the House next year will be forced to run for reelection while supporting a convicted felon at the head the GOP ticket. They will also have to say they believe the lie that the 2020 election was stolen. That means any Republican on the ballot in 2024 faces the ugly prospect of being asked to defend Trump for the next three years, while getting nothing done on Capitol Hill.
Republicans in the House now indicate their only priority is to distract public attention from the four indictments and 91 criminal charges against Trump. They are locked into fear of Trump attacking them.
With Trump, the Republican Party is dead.

On Saturday, Trump posted the following message to American veterans.

Media company MeidasTouch reported that Trump "echoes Hitler nearly verbatim" in his calls to destroy the "vermin," or liberals.
Journalist Bill Grueskin said Trump's long-winded post is "a paragraph for readers who can't handle the subtle nuances of Mein Kampf," Hitler's book.
Another journalist, Radley Balko, wrote, "The guy who's a coin flip to be the next president is using sort of language that has historically resulted in mass graves."

No more 'Melting Pot' under Trump
The New York Times reported yesterday that Trump, if re-elected in 2024, would expand his first-term immigration crackdown to include sweeping roundups of people who would be held in large camps to await deportation. The United States, proud to be a 'melting pot' of people seeking a better life far removed from dictatorial autocrats, would turn into nothing more than the world's largest 'deporter' under Trump.
The New York Times described Trump's plans as "an assault on immigration on a scale unseen in modern American history" and said it aimed to deport millions of people every year, including those who have been settled in the United States for decades. Among other measures, Trump would resurrect his ban on the entry of people from certain Muslim-majority countries, the newspaper said, and is looking to speed deportations through a massive expansion of a form of removal that does not require due process hearings.

A very interesting story was reported by Thom Hartmann on Alternet.
Marco Antonio Bragadini (1545-1591) was one of Europe’s most famous: he convinced both a pope and the government of Venice that he could turn lead into gold and they financed a lavish lifestyle for most of his life.
William Thompson was America’s first labeled “confidence man” in New York in the 1840s because he’d approach wealthy men, pretend they were old friends, and ask them if they had “the confidence” to give him their gold watch for an hour: many did, and he ran the scam for years before being busted.
Trump similarly convinced banks that he was had assets worth ten, twenty, sometimes more than fifty times their real value as was revealed in court this week. The self-proclaimed “king of debt” then used his borrowed money to support a lifestyle that reinforced everybody’s belief that he was truly rich. He isn't; he's a scam artist!
After American banks refused to lend Trump money, he and his good friend Jeffrey Epstein turned to Deutsche Bank and managed to extract over $2 billion from that institution with the help of William Broeksmit, Thomas Bowers, and Justin Kennedy.
Broeksmit hanged himself in 2014, leaving a suicide note and paperwork tying him to the bank’s unit accused of laundering some $10 billion of Russian oligarch money along with over $400 million in questionable loans to Trump.
As stories about Trump’s finances began hitting the media in 2019, Tom Bowers (55 years old), who signed off on Trump’s loans, also hanged himself.
Trump has been sued thousands of times for nonpayment of his debts and was well known to New Yorkers as a hustler and scam artist with a long string of failed businesses behind him.
In fact, by the time of his bankruptcies in the 1990s he had squandered almost all the roughly half-billion dollars he inherited from his father and stole from his brother, nephews, and nieces before being rescued by mobbed-up Russian oligarchs looking to launder ill-gotten gains via real estate.
Trump is the 'great patriot' whose father hired a doctor to lie about his being disabled by bone spurs in his feet to get him out of the Vietnam draft five times. Five other young men were sent to that hellscape to die or be injured in Trump’s place.
Trump is nothing but a LIAR, a LOSER, a CHEAT, and a SCAM ARTIST. America needs to hang him in court and then prosecute him to the full extent of the law as the traitor that he is.

Trump "stands alone in history" for his offenses
Federal prosecutor Jack Smith's team stated that Trump "stands alone in American history" for his offenses. “No other president has engaged in conspiracy and obstruction to overturn valid election results and illegitimately retain power,” Smith said.

While Trump's insurrection was going on at the Capitol on Jan 6th, Trump told the rioters that they were "very special" and that they were loved. Senior assistant special counsel Molly Gaston said, “Indeed, that day was the culmination of the defendant’s criminal conspiracies to overturn the legitimate results of the presidential election."
“In the years since, Trump has championed rioters as ‘great patriots; and proclaimed January 6 a beautiful day,'” said Jack Smith.

Trump shows cognitive decline in public
During his rally in Hialeah, Florida, Trump suffered yet another cognitive failure when he confused North Korea with China. When reaching the segment of his speech where he praised various dictators as smart, Trump noted that Kim Jong-un leads 1.4 billion people. Trump said, "Kim Jong-un leads 1.4 billion people, and there's no doubt about who the boss is, and they want me to say he's not an intelligent man."
The problem is that the population of North Korea is around 26 million people, while the population of China is around 1.4 billion people.
Trump's comments came shortly after he attempted to criticize President Biden and complained that we have "incompetent people talking on our behalf."
The only incompetent one here is Trump!

Ivanka very conveniently can't remember anything
Attorney General Letitia James' filing said, "Ms. Trump caused misleading financial statements to be submitted to Deutsche Bank and the federal government."
Ivanka testified yesterday in her father's civil fraud case that she did not recall nearly any of the loan terms or negotiations in the dummied-up valuations for her father's properties, even when shown email conversations she took part in at the time. Ivanka's testimony echoed those of her father and brothers Eric and Donald Trump Jr., who both testified last week, about her unfamiliarity with financial statements about the company that are central to the lawsuit.

The Washington Post reported this past Monday that if he would ever win the 2024 presidential election, Trump plans to invoke the Insurrection Act on the first day of his new administration so he can dispatch the military to counter any demonstrations that might resist his policies. It's Trump following Hitler's playbook, but Trump's MAGA Maggot supporters are too stupid to see it.
Trump also intends to politicize the Department of Justice and order prosecutions of his former aides and officials who have criticized him. It would be the dictator's "retribution term." With Trump, it's all about retaliation.
Don't forget, locking up Hillary Clinton was elemental to Trump's 2016 campaign. During his first term, he banned Muslim visitors. In a March 2023 speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Trump promised his “wronged and betrayed” MAGA Maggot supporters that he would be their “justice” and “retribution.”
Trump is putting us on notice that he plans to punish his past foes — and presumably his future foes — with the justice system. Leading Trump’s Insurrection Act initiative is Jeffrey Clark, a Trump-era Department of Justice official currently being prosecuted for his part in a scheme to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.
We’ve been warned. Trump doesn’t just want to be president. He wants to be prosecutor, judge, jury and jailer, too. Why doesn’t he just come clean and announce his campaign for dictator? This past Saturday, in a campaign event in Florida, Trump continued with his usual lies of crediting himself for unearned victories, but this time falsely claiming to have won all 50 states during the 2020 election, although Biden took Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia for 74 electoral college votes. "We won, the last time, 50 states, think of it, 50 states," the lying bastard told the Freedom Summit, outside Orlando, Florida. "We won every state." Trump is delusional and mentally incompetent.

Judge expands Trump's gag order
Justice Arthur Engoron of the New York state court in Manhattan issued an expanded gag order in the civil fraud case against Trump on Friday. The gag order bars public statements by lawyers in the case about the judge's communications with his staff.
Engoron first imposed a gag order on Oct. 3rd after Trump shared a photo on social media of the judge's principal law clerk posing with U.S. Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, and falsely called her Schumer's "girlfriend." The judge fined Trump $15,000 for twice violating that gag order after Trump couldn't keep his big fat mouth shut. The expanded gag order covers Trump's ambulance-chasing lawyers as well, as they have made repeated objections about the working relationship between the judge and his clerk, including suggestions that she was biased. Trump also has accused her of bias.
Trump in the past has called prosecutor Jack Smith a "deranged lunatic" and a "thug," among other insults. Trump's lawyers have argued the order violates his free speech rights under the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment. Our free speech rights say that Trump's mouth should be duct taped shut in the courtroom until he learns how to act like a defendant instead of his mental age, which is that of a two-year-old.

Jury in Trump's NY defamation trial will be anonymous
Trump, the misogynistic pig, won't be able to intimidate the jury in the defamation lawsuit by columnist E. Jean Carroll, who says Trump sexually abused her in the 1990s.
Judge Lewis A. Kaplan issued an order establishing that because of Trump's “repeated public statements,” the jury to be chosen for the January trial in Manhattan will be anonymous and transported by the U.S. Marshals Service.
“In view of Mr. Trump’s repeated public statements with respect to the plaintiff and court in this case as well as in other cases against him, and the extensive media coverage that this case already has received and that is likely to increase once the trial is imminent or underway, the Court finds that there is strong reason to believe the jury requires the protections” anonymity provides, Judge Kaplan wrote in an order.
Another jury that was also anonymous in May awarded $5 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll after finding that Trump sexually abused her in 1996 in the dressing room of a luxury department store and defamed her with comments he made in the fall of 2022 that disparaged her claims.

Trump Attorney Faces Disbarment
The Daily Beast reported that a judge for the California State Bar Court found John Eastman, the author of Trump’s so-called “coup memo,” culpable for moral and legal violations, a preliminary step that could see the attorney be suspended or disbarred.
The judge said she’d made a “preliminary finding” of culpability, and that the court would move forward to hear both rebuttal and aggravation testimony, and eventually mete out punishment.
Eastman, 63, faces 11 disciplinary charges in the State Bar Court stemming from his work with Trump to interfere with the certification of the 2020 election.
Trump and Eastman asked the Republican National Committee to recruit fake electors in Georgia and other states while Rudy Giuliani asked people to serve as fake electors and "provided strategic instructions" to co-conspirators about executing the plan. This is the kind of scum that Trump hires and associates with.
