BuzzLoving reported that some ignorant MAGA House Republicans are telling the world that Trump never tried to overturn the elections, despite his tweets, coverage, and over 60 lawsuits that his campaign filed. Apparently they think that if they lie enough, those lies will somehow turn into the truth. It's not going to happen.
President Joe Biden won 306 votes in the Electoral College, while Trump received only 232. In the popular vote, President Biden won by more than 7 million votes. That's history, and history can't be changed.
Americans already know the truth, and the truth is going to convict and prosecute this insurrectionist and traitor.
US District Judge Tanya Chutkan, the judge overseeing Trump’s federal election subversion criminal case, has reinstated the gag order she issued on Trump earlier this month because he can't keep his big mouth from lambasting the prosecutor, witnesses, and the judge herself. Trump now faces two gag orders barring him from discussing aspects of his legal cases in the public: One from Judge Chutkan, who is overseeing the case brought by Jack Smith in Washington, DC, and a second from the judge overseeing his civil fraud trial in New York.

Trump's IQ is 85 Or Less!
There's definitely no stable genius here!
Given Trump's apparent lack of general knowledge and inability to form coherent sentences, most people doubt his claims about him being a genius. Just listen to the way he talks. He has no grasp of either issues or ideas.
Trump often points to his “successful” career as evidence of his intelligence. Given his staggering number of at least six bankruptcies (Trump Taj Mahal, Trump's Castle, Trump Plaza Casinos, Trump Plaza Hotel, Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, and Trump Entertainment Resorts), it’s unclear why he thinks this is adequate proof. Also, don't forget about Trump Steaks, Go Trump, Trump Airlines, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage, Trump: The Game, Trump Magazine, Trump University, Trump Ice, Trump Network — all dismal failures. This is the guy ignorant Republicans want leading America’s economy. Face it, Trump would be nothing if he wasn't a LOSER — the BIGGEST LOSER in all of American history!
Truly wealthy people never brag about their wealth. Truly generous people never brag about their generosity. Truly intelligent people never brag about their IQs. One person commented, “Looking at Trump’s record of multiple failed and fraudulent businesses, a crippling presidency, his lack of coherent and proper speaking… his IQ is not high at all.” Trump’s only rich because of the inheritance from his father and everything he’s tried to do himself has failed.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr demeaned Trump's vocabulary, stating that Trump's "verbal skills are limited" as evidenced by his incessant use of the word "very." Barr called Trump “a very petty man” and said he is running for president again for “retribution,” and if re-elected, "things would start moving toward chaos.”
Another commenter said, “Trump is a talented liar who has no attention span nor any real purpose other than to be perceived as a genius who attracts the pathetic masses of low-intelligence individuals because he is aware of the power the weak, uninformed masses hold. Otherwise, anyone with a brain can see right through this complete idiot.”
Another wrote, “Trump's speech, writing, and lack of general knowledge make it obvious he is no genius. His narcissism sets limits on what he can learn from others. His name-calling, blaming others for his mistakes, and unwillingness to know when he is wrong prevent him from learning from his mistakes.”
So, all in all, it's a stretch that Trump even has an IQ of 85.

Gag The Pig!
Forbes reported that Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith accused Trump of threatening his former chief of staff Mark Meadows. Smith asked a judge to restore a gag order against Trump after he lashed out against news that Meadows agreed to testifying in Smith’s election interference case against Trump in exchange for immunity.
Trump has no respect for the due process of law. He publicly lashes out against judges, prosecutors, and witnesses. Trump needs to be gagged, and if he still doesn't stop, he needs to be locked up until he learns that he is not above the law. Any other citizen would have been jailed for such actions a long time ago.

But Trump's ignorant supporters continue to dump cash into his PAC to pay the salaries of these criminals. Trump supporters are dumber than dumb, and Trump is a traitor to America who belongs locked in a cage.

Trump was in Derry, New Hampshire, on Monday and he took the opportunity to make so many bizarre, false statements that it’s hard to choose the wackiest, but his statements proved that he is intellectually and mentally disabled.
Trump has been indicted four times, but he responded to a reporter's question by making the completely false statement that he was “never indicted.”
Another strange quote occurred during Trump’s rally when he told his supporters, “You don’t have to vote, don’t worry about voting. The voting, we got plenty of votes.”
Like a five-year-old child in kindergarten, Trump also remarked that “U.S.” and “us” are spelled the same and noted that he’d “just picked that up." "Has anyone ever thought of that before?” he asked the crowd. “Couple of days, I’m reading, and it said ‘us’ and I said, you know, when you think about it, us equals U.S. Now if we say something genius, they will never say it.”
Trump also promised to keep immigrants who “don’t like our religion” from entering the United States. The First Amendment establishes that there is no state religion in America.
Last week, he told reporters outside a New York City courtroom that his Mar-a-Lago estate was the “most expensive house probably in the world” — which it’s not!
Trump is definitely not presidential material, and yet incredibly ignorant people continue to support him. Trump should be committed to an institution for the mentally disabled.

Warren Buffett, the renowned investor and business tycoon, has a solution for the national debt.
Buffett stated, “I could end the deficit in five minutes. You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of gross domestic product (GDP) all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for reelection.”
At its core, Buffett’s plan is about accountability, fiscal responsibility, and the creative use of incentives in politics. The current members of Congress would be incentivized to maintain a deficit under 3% of GDP, or risk losing their chance at reelection. Trump's "Big Lie One" was that he won the 2020 election.
Trump's "Big Lie Two" is a deception that is arguably as bad as "Big Lie One": that indictments against him are part of a coordinated effort to prevent him from vying for president. Trump's criticism of the judiciary in this lie is eroding public confidence in the criminal justice system by portraying it as politicized and corrupt. Another Trump attorney pleads guilty
USA Today reported that Kenneth Chesebro, another one of Trump's ambulance-chasing attorneys who helped orchestrate the Trump campaign’s 2020 fake electors plot, plead guilty yesterday in the election conspiracy case, making him the third person to plead guilty to a felony in the conspiracy to interfere in the 2020 election (after attorney Sidney Powell and bail bondsman Scott Hall). He faced a charge of racketeering and a half-dozen charges dealing with forgery and false documents for the fake electors. He agreed to serve five years on probation, pay a $5,000 restitution and testify against others in future cases.
Trump and one of his personal lawyers, John Eastman, asked the Republican National Committee to recruit fake electors in Georgia and other states while Rudy Giuliani asked people to serve as fake electors and "provided strategic instructions" to co-conspirators about executing the plan. This is the kind of scum that Trump hires and associates with.

3.2% Cost of Living Adjustment
Social Security beneficiaries will receive a 3.2% cost of living adjustment (COLA) in 2024.
Social Security recipients will receive a COLA notice by mail in December detailing their updated benefit amount for 2024. The same information will also appear in the message center of their my Social Security account.
Medicare Part B premiums, which are deducted directly from Social Security checks, have yet to be updated, but the trustees expect the standard monthly premium to be $174.80 next year, up from $164.90 per month this year.
Remember, Social Security's annual COLAs are not raises. They are backpay for the buying power benefits lost to inflation in the previous year. The Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) inflation has now trended higher for three consecutive months. If that pattern continues, rising prices could consume the entire 2024 COLA (and then some).

Should Judge Chutkan decide to say enough is enough and put a gag order in place, she needs to back up her order with the very real threat of jail time if Trump refuses to obey.

Trump Is Using Hitler's Playbook
The Washington Post reported that Trump's recent comments that immigrants are "poisoning the blood" of the United States has drawn a fresh wave of condemnation from experts and activists who are sounding the alarm that Trump is implying more and more violent solutions to satisfy his bigotry.
Domingo Garcia, the president of the League of United Latin American Citizens, the oldest Hispanic civil rights group in America, said Trump "appears to be taking pages from the Hitler Nazi playbook and using them in this production to divide Americans and engage in tribalism."
Other groups have echoed this line, noting that Trump's use of "poisoning the blood" is similar to Hitler's call to action against Jews in "Mein Kampf," telling Germans to "care for the purity of your own blood."
America can no longer afford to tolerate Trump, the extreme right-wing fascist.
Additionally, special prosecutor Jack Smith is asking U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan to impose new limits on Trump's public comments about his election loss case, a request Trump's attorneys have called a "desperate effort at censorship." It is not censorship to prevent Trump from lambasting judges, prosecutors, and witnesses, and from calling them names. Trump has the mentality of a two-year-old. If he can't learn to act adult enough to hold his tongue, he should be detained in a jail cell until he learns how to act appropriately like every other defendant is expected to act in our nation's judicial system.

Republican-Appointed Judge Brands Trump An "Embarrassment to the Nation"
Trump is "an embarrassment to the nation," said former Judge J. Michael Luttig, a judge appointed by former Republican President George H.W. Bush. At one time, Luttig was an advisor to Trump’s vice president, Mike Pence.
The judge also said that Trump had harmed American democracy in the eyes of the world. “Never again will the world be inspired by America’s democracy in the way that it has been inspired since America’s founding almost 250 years ago,” he said.
Judge Luttig lamented that Trump’s trials would go down in history for all the wrong reasons. Writing in The New York Times, Judge Luttig said the Republican Party needed to come to its senses regarding Trump’s behavior. “If the indictment of Mr. Trump on Espionage Act charges — not to mention his now almost certain indictment for conspiring to obstruct Congress from certifying Mr. Biden as the president on Jan. 6 — fails to shake the Republican Party from its moribund political senses, then it is beyond saving itself. Nor ought it be saved,” Judge Luttig wrote.

Trump has refreshed his position with new unverified facts. “Nobody has any idea where these people are coming from, and we know they come from prisons,” Trump said. “We know they come from mental institutions and insane asylums. We know they’re terrorists. Nobody has ever seen anything like we’re witnessing right now.” On at least three occasions over the last two months, Trump also has claimed that the leaders of South American countries, which he would not name, are deliberately emptying their “insane asylums” and “mental institutions” to send the patients to the United States as migrants.
Trump has spent too much time figuring out how to turn Americans against each other, for his own political benefit. Trump’s fascist rhetoric has plainly drifted over into the tragically crazy MAGA Maggot fringe that comes straight out of the mania of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. The Forbes 400, an annual ranking of America’s top 400 wealthiest individuals, was released Tuesday. Trump dropped off the list, primarily because of the decline of Truth UnSocial, his failing social media network.

Forbes reported that the Forbes 400 is an “annual measurement that Trump has obsessed over for decades, relentlessly lying to reporters to try to vault himself higher on the list.”

The Republican Party Is Broken
The fact that Republicans are seriously considering a twice-impeached fascist like Trump who is accused of 91 felony counts for Speaker of the House proves how dysfunctionally broken the Republican Party is.
Political parties are supposed to be collective endeavors, in which many politicians, interest groups, activists, and voters work together towards shared policy goals. Instead, the Republican Party is devolving from a democratic party into an authoritarian shell whose answer to every problem is “Trump,” a dysfunctional malignant narcissist.
Trump is now asking a federal judge to dismiss criminal charges against him based on his actions leading up to his Jan. 6, 2021, coup attempt because, as president, that coup attempt should be considered part of his presidential duties. This is pure bullshit, and Trump is a lying bastard. A president attempting to overthrow his own government is not a part of any president's duties. Trump is a traitor. A strong Senate majority of 57-43 already agreed in February 2021 that, as the House of Representatives charged in its articles of impeachment, Trump was guilty of “incitement of insurrection” in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot — and thus, under Section 3, is not eligible for further office.

Red state MAGA Maggot to nominate Trump for Speaker
Newsweek reported that Representative Troy Nehls of Texas plans to nominate Trump, the twice-impeached malignant narcissist accused of 91 felony counts, for Speaker of the House. Stupidity knows no limits.
But even if Trump had full Republican support in the House, Rule 26 of the GOP Conference states, "A member of the Republican Leadership shall step aside if indicted for a felony for which a sentence of two or more years imprisonment may be imposed." The conference's rules are voted on by all members in the November before each congressional session.
Trump has been indicted four times in the past six months. In total, he's been charged with 91 felony counts, many of which carry sentences greater than two years of imprisonment. Lock him up!

Trump's 'Shit Show' continues
Judge Arthur Engoron rebuked Trump after the twice-impeached insurrectionist attacked his clerk in a social media post on Tuesday and forbade the parties from making any future comments about his staff. Trump posted a disparagingly untrue and personally identifying post about a member of the judge's staff and also emailed it out to millions of other recipients, the judge said in court. Trump also verbally attacked the judge himself in his failing social media posts. Interestingly, Trump, the coward, was silent as a church mouse while in court, but held "makeshift press conferences" in the hallway outside. What a pathetic LOSER!
“Personal attacks of any member of my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate and I will not tolerate them,” the judge said. “Consider this statement an order forbidding all parties from posting, emailing or speaking publicly about any members of my staff,” Engoron said. “Failure to abide by this … will result in serious sanctions.”
Will Trump abide? Probably not. Trump needs to be locked up for his own good and the good of the nation.

Trump is the ‘most grave threat’ to American democracy
CNN reported yesterday that Cassidy Hutchinson, top aide to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, warned that Trump, her former boss, would not have guardrails if he wins a second term as president, arguing that Trump’s violations of the Constitution after he lost the election in 2020 should be disqualifying from the White House.
“I think that Donald Trump is the most grave threat we will face to our democracy in our lifetime, and potentially in American history,” Hutchinson told CNN’s Jake Tapper.

Petition: Disqualify Trump
“Free Speech for People,” a national non-profit, non-partisan organization, recently asked the Minnesota Supreme Court to bar Trump from Minnesota’s 2024 presidential and general election ballot.
The petition asserts Trump incited and facilitated the January 6th Capitol riot and can’t hold public office under a section of the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution. The petition states, “Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.” Section 3 is a democracy-protecting provision which excludes from office those who have proved themselves enemies of democracy by breaking their oath to support the Constitution. Stopping the lawfully elected president (i.e. President Joe Biden) from taking office, keeping another in his place and doing so through violence and intimidation — that counts as insurrection by any standard.
“No one in this country is above the law—not even a former president.” Those are the words from a Republican group, The Republican Accountability Project, that is running 60-second ads on Fox News against Trump, asserting that he should be held accountable for his actions in the past seven years. Trump has been charged with 91 felonies in four separate cases.
We fully support Trump's disqualification from holding any office in the United States of America. Trump is an insurrectionist and a traitor.
