Trump is "dangerously demented" and not fit to lead
Dr. John Gartner, a psychologist and former professor at Johns Hopkins University Medical School, has reignited the discussion about Trump's mental health. Gartner contributed to the 2017 bestseller “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump,” and is questioning the cognitive capabilities of Trump.

Gartner calls for a more fact-based approach to evaluating the mental health of leaders, insisting on the gravity of these discussions given their implications for public safety and democracy.
During a conference at Yale University, a group of psychiatrists agreed that Trump is 'paranoid and delusional' and is not fit to lead the US. They said it was their “ethical responsibility” to warn the American public about the “dangers” Trump’s psychological state poses to the country.

Trump owes over $1 million in interest on his fraud judgment

The figure, still growing, is increasing by more than $110,000 each day until he pays New York the full settlement. Since February 23, the interest charge went up to $111,984 per day after the larger sum was finalized by the New York county clerk in a procedural step. That means Trump owes a further $559,920 from February 23, taking the total amount to $1,172,434 on February 27. New York charges 9 percent per year interest until the full amount is paid.
Trump has 30 days from Judge Engoron's judgment to post the roughly $400 million bond to stop collections.

Even Eagle Pass, TX doesn't want Trump
Trump is planning to visit a red-state town this Thursday that doesn't want him — Eagle Pass, TX.
A group known as the Eagle Pass Border Coalition is denouncing Trump ahead of his arrival in their town later this week. These are brilliantly smart people.
"[Trump's visit] has nothing to offer Eagle Pass, and Eagle Pass has nothing to gain from it," the group wrote on social media. "Not welcome here and you know it. Not a leader but a loser. Not a president, but a contender. Not a rebel but a threat. Not a friend but an enemy. Not a patriot but a traitor."
Eagle Pass residents are also characterizing Trump's visit as "a brazen attempt to distract attention from his upcoming criminal and civil trials. Eagle Pass deserves better. Maverick County deserves better. Texas deserves better. America deserves better. We deserve better," the group added.

In an interview on CNN, sports media icon Bob Costas said Trump is "the most disgraceful figure in modern presidential history who is a bubbling cauldron of loathsome traits." He then listed off a score of things that he feels about Trump and all of his supporters, comparing Trump's MAGA Maggots to people being in a "toxic cult."

SCOTUS rejects Trump attorneys' appeals
Appeals from Sydney Powell, Lin Wood, and five other lawyers connected to Trump who challenged the outcome of the 2020 election in Michigan were rejected by the Supreme Court of the United States. Therefore, the lower court's ruling is upheld! Trump LOST!
The district judge in Michigan called their lawsuit a “historic and profound abuse of the judicial process” and issued fines and disciplinary sanctions. The lawyers have to pay $132,693.75 to the city of Detroit and an additional $19,639.75 in legal expenses to the state of Michigan.
In the appeal to the Supreme Court, Trump's ambulance-chasing lawyers stated they were trying to fight for “legitimate election challenges.” But, according to the initial filing in the Michigan suit, the lawyers brought up a conspiracy theory that involved Venezuela and China and tied it to the alleged Michigan election interference. Their scheme didn't work.
The Judge wrote that the attorneys’ lawsuit was based on “speculation, conjecture, and unwarranted suspicion.” The Judge’s 2021 verdict added, “It is one thing to take on the charge of vindicating rights associated with an allegedly fraudulent election,” but “It is another to take on the charge of deceiving a federal court and the American people into believing that rights were infringed, without regard to whether any laws or rights were in fact violated. This is what happened here.”

Trump has evaded major consequences for his malfeasance because “crimes of the powerful and the crimes of the powerless” and “suite and street crime” are treated differently in the United States, contends Barak.
“So long as Trump believes that he can prevail to fight another day to retain and/or regain his former power, then the amoral and corrupt racketeer and wannabe dictator will unapologetically continue to transcend democratic norms and to resist the authority of the state even if it means destroying American society in the process,” Barak writes.
“Everything that [Trump] is accusing everyone else of doing is precisely what we've all witnessed him do for as long as we've been observing him,” Barak told Raw Story.
A “tyranny of the majority,” not a “tyranny of the minority” is needed, Barak writes. Barak said he ultimately wants readers to understand Trump and his associates’ threat to democracy — and how to save it.

Trump's criminal trial for one of his illicit affairs is finally approaching
Politico reported that Justice Juan Merchan ruled that Trump's motion to dismiss his criminal trial, stemming from his illicit affair with adult film actress Stormy Daniels and his efforts to quiet a financial exchange before the 2016 presidential election, has been denied.
"Judge Merchan's ruling was both sound and just," said Michael Cohen, Trump's former attorney and fixer. "Everyone, former presidents and citizens alike must be held accountable for their actions, even if that's not what they want. No one is above the law and that includes Donald J. Trump," said Cohen.
Justice Merchan expects the trial to last about six weeks.
"This is Trump's worst nightmare: a trial he cannot delay any further," attorney Bradley Moss told Newsweek. "One way or the other, he is going on trial next month and a jury of his peers will decide if he committed felonies. If he is convicted, the political ramifications are potentially massive."
The case was brought forward by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, charging Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records — including Trump paying Daniels $130,000 to keep the illicit affair clandestine.
Charges in this case go back eight years, eventually leading to the first of four indictments against Trump in 2023. The remaining indictments against Trump include allegations of federal election interference in 2020, aiding to overturn electoral results in Georgia that same year, and the mishandling of classified documents that were discovered at his Mar-a-Lago residence.
It's past due time to start hanging this asshole in court.

If the pig dies….
Trump will be 78 when Election Day comes around in November. If Trump secures the Republican nomination and then dies before the election, what would happen?
Replacing either candidate on the ballot would be a messy and chaotic process that would uncover divisions and disagreements within both political parties. No one knows for sure what would happen if a candidate died or for some reason needed to withdraw from the race (e.g. going to jail).
If he died during the primary process, it is possible that states could decide to delay their primaries.
Republicans will hold their convention in Milwaukee in July, and Democrats will hold theirs just to the south in Chicago in August. If he died after the primaries but before or during the convention, individual delegates would decide the party’s nominee on the convention floor.
If he died after the convention but before the election, the Republican National Committee can either reconvene the national convention or select a new candidate itself.
After the election itself, under the 20th Amendment, if a president-elect dies, his or her running mate, the vice president-elect, becomes president. There could be some question, for instance, about when exactly a person becomes president-elect. Is it after the electors meet in December, or after Congress meets to count Electoral College votes on January 6?

- Trump failed to follow through on a ballyhooed $1 trillion infrastructure initiative “to fix our inner cities and rebuild our highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, schools, and hospitals.”
- Trump's administration presided over a net loss of three million jobs, the worst four-year performance in more than 60 years.
- Trump intends to impose 10 percent across-the-board tariff hikes.
- Trump wants to deport millions of illegal immigrants, despite experts' warnings that doing so will reduce wages, increase unemployment and reignite inflation.
- Trump promises yet again to repeal and replace Obamacare, and maintains he’s “seriously looking at alternatives.” Right — he can't even read, let alone look at alternatives!
- Trump has declared he could end the war in Ukraine in “one day, 24 hours.”
- Trump claims that had he been president, “you would never have had the attack on Israel.”

Citizen Trump sticks to his false immunity claim
Citizen Trump, the corrupt and defiant asshole, is sticking to his claim of presidential immunity in the classified documents case, even after a federal appeals panel rejected this argument in his election interference case. Trump is mentally and cognitively retarded.
The three-judge Court of Appeals panel decided on Tuesday that Citizen Trump is eligible for trial on allegations of attempting to overturn the 2020 election results, but dismissed his claims of immunity for actions taken during his presidency, saying, “Any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution.”
But Trump has a mental disability and is defying the Court of Appeals' decision. His game plan is the same — delay, delay, delay.

Greene, who led the charge to impeach Mayorkas, was furious, and her Democratic colleagues wasted little time rubbing the loss in her face.
Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin said in a speech on the House Floor, the "gentlelady from Georgia has been given this worthless trinket of a consolation prize, the opportunity to bring a slapstick impeachment drive against a cabinet member of unimpeachable integrity.” Majorkas “has obviously committed no treason,” Raskin said, “no bribery, no high crimes, no misdemeanors, nothing indictable or even ‘in-dik-table,’ if you prefer,” mocking Greene's ignorance in even pronouncing the word "indictable."
Greene's gaffe drew widespread mockery. “Maybe a person who can’t even read/pronounce indictable,” one user on X asked, “shouldn’t be allowed to use it as a political weapon?”

Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and 62 other spineless House Republicans signed on to a resolution Tuesday which states that Trump “did not engage in insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or give aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
These are spineless MAGA Maggot extremists who deserve to be ousted from their positions.
Former D.C. Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone, who was violently assaulted by Trump’s supporters during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack, slammed these Trump ass-sniffers. Fanone called for Gaetz and every supporter of the resolution to be held accountable for their lies and efforts to undermine democracy. These lying extremists are "now attempting to rewrite history to exonerate" Trump, said Fanone.

BREAKING NEWS: Appeals Court Denies Citizen Trump Immunity!
In a 57-page unanimous and airtight decision, a federal appeals court said that Citizen Trump is not immune from prosecution for alleged crimes he committed during his presidency, flatly rejecting Trump’s arguments that he shouldn’t have to go on trial on federal election subversion charges, flatly stating that the public interest in holding a potentially criminal president accountable outweighed any potential “chilling effect” on the presidency.
“We cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter,” the opinion says. “Former President Trump lacked any lawful discretionary authority to defy federal criminal law and he is answerable in court for his conduct,” the judges added.
Throughout their opinion, Judges Karen LeCraft Henderson, Florence Pan and J. Michelle Childs rejected all of Trump’s arguments of sweeping protections around the presidency.
“[Trump] allegedly injected himself into a process in which the President has no role — the counting and certifying of the Electoral College votes — thereby undermining constitutionally established procedures and the will of the Congress,” the judges added.
At a basic level, the three judges wrote that the conduct alleged in Trump’s criminal indictment “conflicts” with his constitutional duties as president and “violated the constitutionally established design for determining the results of the Presidential election as well as the Electoral Count Act of 1887, neither of which establishes a role for the President in counting and certifying the Electoral College votes.”
The judges also rejected Trump’s argument that because the Senate did not convict him on the charge of inciting an insurrection in the wake of the Capitol riot in 2021, he cannot be charged criminally for the same crime.
The appeals ruling refers to the president as an “officer.” There is an open legal question — being argued Thursday before the Supreme Court — over whether the presidency is an “office… under the United States” and whether the president is an “officer,” as described in the insurrectionist ban.
Childs and Pan were appointed by President Joe Biden. Henderson was appointed by former President George H.W. Bush.

Garcia said Greene “coddled” the insurrectionists when she visited them last year in jail, where she offered them handshakes and pats on the back and said they were “political prisoners." “They actually tried to overthrow our government,” said Garcia.
“The first thing she does is ... greets them and hugs them and prays with them and apologizes and is treating them like heroes, and I’m sitting there going, this is disgusting,” Garcia told MeidasTouch co-founder Ben Meiselas in autumn. “These people attacked our government, they tried to overthrow our government.”

Newsweek reported that Trump is now saying that the section of the Constitution's insurrection clause cited to bar him from the ballots in Colorado does not apply to him. Trump said that the wording of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment means it does not apply to him as he was not an "officer" of the United States while president.

Republicans see Taylor Swift as a threat
The ignorant MAGA Republicans see Taylor Swift as a threat. That's how stupid the MAGA Maggot crowd is!
For the benefit of these stupid Republicans, let us educate you: Taylor Swift is a pop superstar entertainer, not a political figure. She has not endorsed any candidate for office, and even if she had, who cares? Answer: ignorant MAGA Republicans.
MAGA Republicans are threatened by every little thing. They want to prevent you from voting, and Taylor Swift wants more people to exercise their right to vote. “She wants to help people register to vote and remind them of the importance of expressing their democratic rights and responsibilities,” said California Governor Gavin Newsom. Good for her — good for America!
Newsom said there’s a reason Republicans find that threatening.
“That says everything you need to know about the Republican Party. They don’t want people to vote, they want to make it harder, because they can’t win if you vote,” he said. “How sad and pathetic the Republican Party has become that Taylor Swift literally is a threat to them for one reason: She wants folks to turn out and vote.”

Trump is looking for a new ambulance-chasing lawyer
Many are speculating that Trump is looking for a new lawyer — again! Ty Cobb, ex-White House lawyer, and legal analyst Elie Honig shared their thoughts on Alina Habba and why they think Trump is looking for a new lawyer. Cobb, in reference to Alina Habba, said, “She lost, so she’s a loser. I’m not surprised that Trump is looking for appellate representation.” The news about Habba’s potential replacement came days after Trump was ordered to pay over $83 million in a defamation suit brought on by writer E. Jean Carroll.
Cobb added that Habba “had zero client control. I don’t know who can control this client, but allowing him to walk out during the other side’s closing arguments, that is inexcusable and that is reflected in the huge verdict that they got hit with. Habba does not know what she’s doing. She cannot even do things that you learn in evidence class, not violate the rules of hearsay.”
Speaking to Newsweek, former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani shared, “Trump goes through lawyers like his daily Diet Cokes,” adding, “First, Trump has a reputation for not paying his lawyers. And he is so toxic to half the population that lawyers risk losing other business when they accept him as a client.”

Trump proves he's delusional
State of the Union reported that Trump is now serving up a delusional new take on his massive legal woes.
Trump falsely claimed victory in his New York civil cases, stating that he had won in the court of appeals, which is not true.
THE FACTS: A jury of his peers found Trump liable for sexually abusing writer E. Jean Carroll and ordered him to pay her $5 million in damages. In a separate trial, Carroll was awarded $83.3 million in damages after Trump defamed her.
A reporter asked Trump, “Are you thinking of potentially trying to use campaign funds to pay some of the penalties?” Trump responded, “What penalties? I didn’t do anything wrong. I mean, that’s been proven as far as I’m concerned.”
Trump is delusional, cognitively challenged, and mentally unfit.
Trump is facing four criminal indictments with a total of 91 charges.

Psychiatrist: Trump is close to a mental collapse
Dr. Justin Frank, psychiatrist and author of "Trump on the Couch: Inside the Mind of the President," bluntly stated "Donald Trump appears to be psychotic." Dr. Frank suggested any vestige of a civil veneer Trump may have projected is long gone, and people are seeing him for who he truly is.
Dr. Frank said, "From the time Trump was five years old, he hated rules and couldn't control himself. If Trump didn't like something, he would convert feelings into immediate action. He threw rocks at a toddler who lived next door when he was five. He punched out his second-grade teacher because he got mad at him. As a father, Trump knocked out his son, Don Jr., when he was in high school because he wasn't dressed appropriately. Trump has always been like this."
Dr. Frank said that Trump's "capacity for self-restraint is becoming a thinner veneer over fundamental destructiveness. He is increasingly no longer able to fake it. This is why Trump is in court acting out, mumbling, being angry and disruptive."
Dr. Frank expressed alarm at Trump's decline. "Trump is extremely dangerous. Trump does not believe in laws and rules. He wants to be a lawless dictator. Trump appears to be psychotic. He is an extreme narcissist who will destroy anyone who has ever done anything to hurt him, to oppose him, or defy him."
The question of Trump's mental stability is at question here. The citizens of this country deserve a full neuropsychiatric evaluation and report by an independent team of psychiatric experts to determine Trump's mental and cognitive capabilities.

It's Groundhog Day! Did this Whistle-PIG see his shadow?
Inquiring minds want to know: Did this slumberous whistle-pig see the wide shadow he casts? Are we in for four more years with a mentally deficient, autocratic, lying, misogynistic, and vindictive fascist, or can democracy be saved from this worthless PIG by electing a Democratic president?
Cognitively-deficient Trump is still continuing to spread his false claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him. He is believing his own baseless lies. And now the cowardly Republican leaders who saw through Trump's lies but thought sweeping them under the rug would make them go away have been proven wrong. They thought they were letting sleeping dogs lie. Instead, they were dealing with a hibernating bear. The beast is awake now and he is prowling about, looking for more prey to devour. Trump’s standing took a huge hit in the wake of the January 6 riot, plummeting under 40 percent immediately thereafter. Republicans could have provided enough votes in the Senate to convict Trump in his second impeachment trial. Instead, four cowardly members in fear of Trump’s wrath chose to retire by the next election rather than do the right thing, so now this convicted sexual abuser isn't dead in the water yet. He's still coming up out of his hole.
Trump and his MAGA Maggot movement are a threat to democracy, and educated voters know it. If public opinion regarding the election fraud myth proves to be as predictive of Trump support in November as it has so far, Biden’s chance of re-election skyrockets despite his low job approval.

Buh-Buh-Boebert wants alligators at the border
Newsweek reported that Lauren Boebert, the unschooled representative from Colorado, said she would happily sign legislation, suggested by Trump, that included "alligator moats" to secure the southern border. In a 2019 article, The New York Times mentioned that Trump had privately often talked about using snakes or alligators to fortify the border.
"The Donald Trump and MAGA plan is alligator moats, bombing northern Mexico, shooting migrants in the legs, and electrifying the fence, and putting spikes on them," California Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia said on Tuesday. "That is the Donald Trump border plan."
Instead, maybe we should enact legislation that includes "cages" to secure ignorant politicians!
