TRUMP LIED. AMERICANS DIED.
Democracy Can Finally Be Restored With President Joe Biden

The Malignant Narcissist

Trump cannot tolerate anyone or any organization that disagrees with him. This malignant narcissist will never admit to any wrongdoing, and will blame anyone and everyone instead of taking responsibility for his own actions. In the days of Nixon, his own party stopped him when he tried to interfere with the Watergate investigation. But today, Trump labels real news as “fake news” and the spineless members of the current House and Senate are afraid to challenge him. Those reporters who do challenge him are disinvited from press briefings. When Trump gets caught in one lie after another, his predictable pattern is to either claim he was kidding (Trump: “I was kidding. You don’t understand sarcasm.”) or he denigrates the reporter (Trump: “Hey, you are the worst.”), quickly projecting the blame onto someone or something else in order to take the focus off of himself. Trump will never take the blame for anything; so no one RESISTS Trump and he goes on his merry way of destroying democracy in America. Trump doesn’t want to be president; he wants to be “king.” Normalizing Trump’s dysfunctional, narcissistic behavior is not good for America. Left unchecked, the country will eventually become as sick as he is.

All of this is very predictable.
Trump’s techniques aren’t new. They have been used before by Hitler and Stalin.

Trump: The Dictator Who Loves Tyrants

Dictator

Trump likes the way dictators do business and aspires to emulate them.

On 6/15/18, in speaking about North Korean despot Kim Jong Un, Trump said,
“He speaks, and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same.” Trump admires a dictator who poisoned, blew apart by anti-aircraft guns and sent his enemies to work camps. Yet Trump has referred to Kim as “funny, smart, very talented and someone who loves his people.” For decades human rights groups and the U.S. government have both revealed that North Korea has perpetuated human rights abuses; and it was North Korea that was responsible for the torture and ultimate death of American citizen Otto Warmbier. But Trump respects Kim.

Trump extols praises for other tough tyrants like
Vladimir Putin from Russia and Rodrigo Duterte from the Philippines, while at the same time tosses insults at the leaders of our country’s well-established, long-standing G7 allies, including Canada, Germany and France.

TrumpAndPutinHunting

On 8/1/18, Trump tweeted that he wants everyone to have an ID card in order to buy groceries! What’s next — tattooing everyone like Hitler did at Auschwitz?

Trump is clearly following Hitler’s playbook, Die Nationalsozialistische Bewegung (“The National Socialist Movement”), the second volume of Mein Kampf, which outlines the terrorist methods Trump is now following to gain and exercise power in an attempt to make his abnormal, twisted, narcissistic, altered sense of reality seem normalized among the ranks of his non-thinking, uneducated supporters. Trump is attempting to instill a form of Fascism.

Fascism — A political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Trump sees himself as being above the law. Constitutionally, he is clearly wrong, and this will lead to the demise of his presidency, hopefully sooner rather than later.

The Narcissist Caves In

On 6/20/18, with intense pressure from all sides, including the tech industry, politicians from both sides of the aisle, religious groups, and from Melania herself,
Trump caved in and undid his family separation policy. Representative Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) likened the situation Trump created to slavery where they auctioned off Africans and broke up families.

Facing what has grown into the biggest moral and political crisis of his administration, Trump, whose default position is to take a doubled down, hard-line stance, simply caved in. Although
Trump’s family separation policy was both self-created and completely unnecessary, Trump reversed his stance and caved in without, of course, taking any blame, as is the predictable style of narcissists.

Before anyone starts hailing him as a hero,
don’t ever forget that Trump created this crisis where none was necessary in the first place. So undoing it is not heroic, although Trump is already claiming that he’s a hero for doing it. By late afternoon, Trump had already begun echoing his old campaign mantra on Twitter, “I alone can fix it. Don’t worry, the Republicans, and your President, will fix it!”

Don’t be duped into believing that lie, America. Trump gets no credit for starting his own fire and then grabbing a fire extinguisher at the eleventh hour to put it out, all the while self-proclaiming that he’s the hero. This arsonist is not the hero. This is yet another prime example of Trump creating even more of his “fake news” for the purpose of his own self-aggrandizement.
