NBC News reported that Trump embraced a Jan. 6 defendant at a diner during a campaign stop Thursday night in Manchester, N.H., calling the woman, who served prison time for her actions during the Capitol attack and wants former Vice President Mike Pence executed for treason, "terrific." Trump then went on to sign the backpack she carried with her that day.
Let's rephrase that so that there is no misunderstanding. Trump went out of his way to praise and embrace a convicted Capitol rioter who has called for killing former Vice President Mike Pence and members of Congress.
Trump is a lunatic who belongs locked in a cage for his safety and the safety of the American people.
Trump stands accused of 34 felonies in New York relating to campaign finance violations centering on an alleged hush money payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels in order to secure her silence about a previous affair during the 2016 presidential campaign. He also faces a civil lawsuit from E. Jean Carroll, an author who alleges Trump raped her.
Trump may be demented and maniacal, but it's his supporters (aka MAGA Maggots) who are the really ignorant people in America. Psychologist Mary Trump noted that her uncle didn’t change the Republican Party but rather revealed the party’s true self. "The one thing unique thing he did do was give them permission to be their worst selves," she said. "They have shown us exactly who they are and the lengths they will go to impose their Christian nationalism, their white supremacy and their tyranny of the minority." Mary Trump also suggested that the Jan. 6 insurrection did not come close to the havoc caused by her uncle while he was in office. The former president was allowed to run in 2020 despite two impeachments, a tanking of the American economy and the pandemic-related deaths of over 250,000 Americans, she said.

This Lying Pig paid $1.35 Million to unsuccessfully find voter fraud
The Washington Post revealed that Trump secretly hired two firms for more than $1.35 million to find 2020 voter fraud. The firms couldn't find any voter fraud because there was none. Trump only wanted to steal the election from the American people.
"Ken Block, founder of the firm Simpatico Software Systems, studied more than a dozen voter fraud theories and allegations for Trump’s campaign in late 2020 and found they were 'all false,'" the Post said, quoting the lawyer. Block previously ran for governor in Rhode Island as a Republican. “No substantive voter fraud was uncovered in my investigations looking for it, nor was I able to confirm any of the outside claims of voter fraud that I was asked to look at,” Block said. “Every fraud claim I was asked to investigate was false.”
The second firm that Trump hired that could not find any voter fraud was the Berkeley Research Group. It specifically cited Trump's false claim of dead voters in Georgia and Nevada.
When asked to comment on these new facts, Trump's team called it fake news and a witch hunt. Fake news and a witch hunt? Hardly. It was Trump who hired these firms!

The QAnon Bitch also made headlines this week by calling Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas a "liar" when he testified before the House Homeland Security Committee. Rep. Trump's focus is on wielding his power and getting retribution against those who voted against him. In Waco, TX a few weeks ago Trump said, “I am your warrior. I am your justice. And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.”
The Washington Post's Isaac Arnsdorf and Jeff Stein wrote, "Where he earlier changed border policies to reduce refugees and people seeking asylum, he’s now promising to conduct an unprecedented deportation operation. Where he previously moved to make it easier to fire federal workers, he’s now proposing a new civil service exam. After urging state and local officials to take harsher measures on crime and homelessness, Trump says he is now determined to take more direct federal action." Trump's boasts have been singled out as "impractical, reckless, self-defeating, potentially illegal and even dangerous." According to constitutional law expert Steve Vladeck of the University of Texas, Trump would be going far beyond what is legally permissible.
Trump is clearly a worthless, irritating, and despicable autocrat who doesn't understand that America is a democracy and who thinks that he is above the law. Trump must be stopped.

ABC News reported that Trump may not appear at his own trial where he is accused of defaming and battering writer E. Jean Carroll. His cheap excuse, according to Joe Tacopina, his ambulance-chasing attorney, is because of "logistical burdens associated with his appearance in a courtroom."

Jean Carroll attorney, clearly pointed out that Trump has recently attended events around the country including an Ultimate Fighting Championship event, a meeting of the National Rifle Association, and a deposition as part of a different civil case. "On Monday, he announced that he has scheduled a New Hampshire campaign event for next Thursday, April 27 — in other words, in the middle of the trial in this case," Kaplan said. "If Mr. Trump can find a way to attend wrestling championships, political conventions, civil depositions, and campaign functions, then surely he could surmount the logistics of attending his own federal trial."

Trump's Ambulance-Chasing Lawyer Defies Judge
Trump's attorney, Joe Tacopina, sought to gain access to the jury room after U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is overseeing E. Jean Carroll's civil rape and defamation trial against Trump, ruled that the jury would be anonymous over the risk of harassment and retaliation.
Tacopina spoke out against the judge's decision to keep juror identities anonymous.
MSNBC analyst Lisa Rubin called Tacopina the "Chumbawumba of New York lawyers," in an apparent reference to the band's song "Tubthumping." "He gets knocked down, and he gets up again. He just filed a letter asking for clarification on the jury selection process in the Carroll trial — & insisting on his right to be in the rooms where it happens," she wrote.
Last month, ahead of Trump's formal charging of 34 felony counts related to the falsification of business records, Tacopina drew criticism when he lunged to snatch documents from MSNBC host Ari Melber during a heated interview.

Contrary to Greene's claims, countless scientific studies have proven that burning fossil fuels has played a major role in warming the climate.
Greene proved her ignorance when she went on to explain that a changing climate is "normal" because "we live on a spinning planet that rotates around a much bigger sun along with other planets and heavenly bodies rotating around the sun that all create gravitational pull on one another while our galaxy rotates and travels through the universe."
Greene, who is known to espouse conspiracy theories, has no background in environmental science. Countless studies, meanwhile, have shown a direct correlation between fossil fuels and negative impacts on the environment and human health.

Raw Story reported that according to an analysis of Federal Election Commission records, Marjorie Taylor Greene, the QAnon Bitch, spent more than $65,000 on fencing for her home this year using campaign funds.
Klan Mom listed the $65,257.49 expenditure, paid to Bartow Fence Company, as "additional security fence for residence." Although the campaign expenditure is legal due to FEC rules allowing candidates greater ability to spend campaign cash on personal protection, spending more than $65,000 on her home fence stands out in a district where $54,634 was the median household income for a whole year in 2020.
Hopefully this expensive fence was intended to fence Klan Mom in and not keep others out!

Tennessee business refuses to do business with the Republicans!
Fox News reported that a flower shop near Nashville refused to provide decorations for a GOP event featuring Trump, and urged other businesses to deny future services to the Republican Party in a call for stricter gun laws.
Owners of the FLWR Shop in Belle Meade, Tennessee, said they "immediately declined" service for the upcoming Republican National Committee (RNC) fundraiser and encouraged "others in the Nashville event industry to say no to taking money or jobs from the Republican Party until they begin to make the changes to gun laws that most Americans are calling for."
Referring to the March shooting at the Christian Covenant School the FLWR Shop owner said, "At this moment, I cannot ignore the work the RNC has done to create this tragedy and so many others like it."

Raw Story reported that citizen Trump, the vindictive pig, raged at 'slovenly' Bill Barr, his former attorney general, for saying he'll likely get indicted over the stash of stolen classified documents that the FBI found in Trump's possession at Mar-a-Lago; and then the portly pig took aim at every person investigating him with an all-caps rage post on his failing Truth Social platform.
Barr said, "I'd be most concerned about the documents at Mar-a-Lago. I think that's a serious potential case. I think they probably have some very good evidence." That statement threw Trump into another of his tirades. We won't print Trump's response — we won't give him the satisfaction of the press that this malignant narcissist thrives on. Suffice it to say that Trump is not fit to hold any office in our land. He is not above the law, and must be indicted, tried, convicted, and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Trump is now attempting to stop former Vice President Mike Pence from testifying about the Jan. 6th Capitol riot by appealing U.S. Chief District Judge James "Jeb" Boasberg's order that Pence provide information to a grand jury investigating Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Pence is a key witness in Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith's investigation of Trump's role in the Capitol attack. Trump has argued that conversations with Pence and other top aides should remain confidential under executive privilege, but the courts have ruled against him. Trump is desperate to cover up his crimes!

- Alan Shaw, the new CEO of Norfolk Southern, the railroad responsible for the major derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, in February of this year that resulted in the release of toxic chemicals into the water, ground and air there, received a doubling of his salary — $9.8 million — up from $4.7 million in 2021.

Yesterday, in his article on radaronline.com, Joshua Wilburn reported that Victor Bout, known as Russia's "Merchant of Death," offered Trump asylum in Russia, believing that Trump's life is in danger. Bout told a reporter he sent a telegram to the ex-prez warning him of an "imminent threat" to his life and asking him to fly to Russia for refuge. Bout claimed: "The legal process which has now begun in New York won't just end in Donald Trump being convicted and barred from the [2024] election." Instead, he believes the 76-year-old politician will "simply be eliminated." "I think it's in the best interests of all of humanity and primarily all of the American people to invite Donald Trump here, to Russia, to give him security and protection," Bout continued.

Dan Kelly whined after he lost to Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz in the hotly contested race and falsely claimed that Protasiewicz "demeaned the judiciary" by supposedly running a "deeply deceitful, dishonorable and despicable campaign." He then called her "a serial liar." This is how MAGA LOSERS handle loss! The real story is how honest Protasiewicz's campaign was. She avoided the usual weaselly rhetoric that pervades judicial campaigns to make a straightforward and appealing pitch to voters: She will protect both abortion rights and democracy. Kelly opposes both and dodged questions from reporters on both topics.
As Scott Bauer of the Associated Press reported, "Kelly was working as a 'special counsel' and had 'pretty extensive conservations'" to Trump's scheme to throw out Wisconsin's 2020 presidential election results and simply force the state to declare Trump the winner instead of President Joe Biden. It was this despicable behavior that did Kelly in with the voters, it turns out — his own despicable behavior. Like Trump, MAGA operative Dan Kelly is scum.
Whether Trump goes to jail or not, this week may end up, when historians look back on these troubled times, as the beginning of the end for MAGA.

MSNBC.com reported that Trump sought to invert the social and political pressures of the charges he faces. He accused the legal and political establishment of succumbing to illicit behavior; the very notion that he could even be charged with committing a crime was, in his eyes, a sign of the country’s decline.
After he was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, Trump held a campaign-style speech back at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida where he denounced the prosecution as a “fake case brought only to interfere with the 2024 election.” In his typical style, he sought to profit from controversy using distortions and lies, and he presented himself as a strongman who deserves to escape legal scrutiny.
During his speech, which was purposely set up like a campaign rally, Trump had televisions set up at the front of the room that were encouraging donations via text message, and hundreds of supporters were drinking from bottles of Trump-branded water. Trump shook hands and worked the crowd as Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA” played over the loudspeakers.
Trump sought to invert the social and political pressures of the charges he faces, and accused the legal and political establishment of succumbing to illicit behavior.

Marjorie Taylor Greene calls New York "disgusting"
Marjorie Taylor Greene, the far-right QAnon Bitch, called New York "disgusting" after she was heckled during her visit to the city in support of Trump while he was being indicted.
Trump counter-protesters blew whistles and chanted at her to “go home.” Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.), who denounced Greene for her hateful rhetoric told her to “take her ass back to Washington.”

Trump pleads 'not guilty' on 34 counts
Trump pleaded "not guilty" yesterday on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records after making hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, a porn actress, in order to cover up their illicit affair. This was Trump’s first day in court as a criminal defendant, but it wasn't his last. This was just the beginning of Trump’s journey through the criminal justice system. He faces three other criminal investigations — in Georgia and Washington — related to accusations of undermining an election and mishandling sensitive government records, issues at the core of American democracy and security.
Even after his indictment, Trump continued to be defiant in a speech he made back at Mar-a-Lago where he babbled on and spread more conspiracy theories and baseless claims of his innocence. Trump is mentally incompetent to hold any office in our land.

Shut the PIG up!
The Guardian reported that Trump sees going after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for the grand jury indictment as a winning issue with his supporters, and he has plans to ramp up the rhetoric.
According to the Guardian, "...the latest charged language reflects Trump’s determination to double down on those attacks as he returns to his time-tested playbook of brawling with prosecutors, especially when faced with legal trouble that he knows he cannot avoid, people close to him said."
Hopefully New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan will have Trump on a very short leash during his formal indictment today.
If Trump continues to go over the top with his verbal attacks on Bragg, it's time that the judge slaps Trump with a gag order, in effect duct taping his mouth and shutting him up.

Trump's delay tactics that must be stopped!
Politico reported that Trump, the abusive bully, is widely expected to use his familiar legal tactic of “delay, delay, delay” in an attempt to slow the judicial process for his indictment by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. “By dragging out the proceedings between the indictment and his trial, Trump could push the trial deep into the 2024 presidential campaign," the Politico report stated.
So let's expose the asshole's tactics for all to see.
Trump's options include:
- an attempt to dismiss the entire case
- a bid to relocate his trial outside of New York City
- an effort to disqualify the prosecutor or judge in his case
- a bid to move the case from state to federal court
- extensive negotiations over security protocols for his appearances in court
- a motion to reduce his charges from felonies to misdemeanors

Trump is Delusional and Detached
Trump "moves between rage and literally a blend of delusion and disassociation," said Tony Schwartz, Trump's Art of the Deal ghostwriter, on MSNBC's "The Beat." "Trump is too delusional and detached from objective fact" to mount an effective legal defense against Manhattan prosecutors. Schwartz added that Trump's "grip on reality is incredibly thin."
Since the announcement of his indictment, Trump has been huddling with his closest advisors at Mar-a-Lago, focused on his sudden surge over DeSantis in the poll numbers, while DeSantis hasn't even announced his run for the presidency.
Trump is obviously laser focused on winning the election so that he can attempt to pardon himself of all of his traitorous crimes. This is why it is so critically important that we move the indictments, trials, and prosecutions along quickly, without the ability for any more of Trump's standard delay tactics.
Don't be surprised if Trump attempts to schedule his own press conference after his indictment in an attempt to garner more press coverage where he can babble on and spew forth more of his lies that will rile up his cult of MAGA Maggots. That's what a malignant narcissist would do.

"Now they're squealing like a pig stuck under a gate. But if there is one system of justice where you're going to indict Bonnie, you've got to indict Clyde." Begala continued, "If all those distinguished Republican politicians had said the same thing when the same case was brought against Michael Cohen by the Trump administration, they'd have a little credibility." But they didn't!
Intensifying investigations in Atlanta and Washington are both seen as potentially even more serious legal threats against Trump.
