More vague threats from the Malignant Narcissist with no integrity
Trump, the dysfunctional, malignant narcissist, has issued more vague threats after he raged against the release of six years of his tax returns by the House Ways and Means Committee.
Trump paid very little in federal income taxes in his first and last years in office after claiming huge financial losses. So, in his typical nature of attempting to divert attention from the real issue and project the blame elsewhere, Trump issued a statement through his spokeswoman Liz Harrington making vague threats against his political enemies, saying, "This is going to lead to horrible things for many people!"

During his campaign in 2016, Trump said, “If I’m elected President I’m accepting no salary.” Instead, he said he'd donate the presidential salary of $400,000 to charity.
A man of his word is someone who follows through on his promises. Is Trump a man of his word? Definitely not! After donating his salary in 2017-2019, funneling his donations right back into the government, with the National Parks Services at the top of the list, any and all of Trump's charitable efforts came to a dead stop in 2020. Trump’s tax returns reveal that he did not, as he said he would, donate his entire presidential salary to charity in 2020. He didn’t donate any of it. Trump's promise was to donate all of his presidential salaries to charities, and on this front, Trump was a failure. Three out of four years is not a fulfillment. If only everyone could cherry-pick which promises they wanted to follow through on and which ones they didn’t. At the end of the day, it comes down to integrity, and you don’t need us to tell you that Trump has no integrity.
Trump is also a LIAR! He's insisted since 2017 that his tax returns could not be released because they were under audit. Wrong! Even in 2017, Trump's argument didn’t make sense: he was free to release the documents anyway, as other modern presidents from both parties had done, and it's now been found out that the automatic, mandatory audit didn’t even happen.

Yesterday Trump completely dismissed global warming as a problem — because it’s been freezing in Buffalo, New York.
A confused, befuddled and bewildered Trump dismissively asked "What happened to global warming?" on his failing social media outlet in response to a story about the frozen homes in Buffalo and the city’s deadly blizzard conditions.
Scientists who forgot more about climate change than Trump ever learned say that deadly storm surges and other extreme weather, like in Buffalo that has killed dozens of people, are more evidence of damage wreaked by climate change.
During his campaign for the 2020 election, Trump stated that a rise in sea levels as the polar ice caps melt will result in “more beachfront property.” This is what you get from Trump's diminutive brain.

Being qualified is not a Republican job requirement
MSNBC has reported that Michele Fiore, the former Las Vegas City Council member, lost her bid to become Nevada’s treasurer. She also never practiced law or ever attended law school. Fiore has been the subject of at least one federal investigation and civil suit, has bragged about breaking the state law when she was a member of the state Assembly, and previously suggested that law enforcement officers opt not to follow the law. She also voiced her support for an armed militia and admitted to violating state laws regarding gun possession. In 2021, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Fiore was under federal investigation based on her campaign finance practices. And yet none of that stopped five Republican Nye County Commissioners from finding a way to bypass judicial applicants with decades of experience in law enforcement and the justice system to vote unanimously for this Trump-endorsed idiot for the position of Justice of the Peace.
Lesson learned: Not qualified for a job? Not a problem. Go for it. But ultimately there is a cost when people such as Fiore take on positions of trust and power for which they are unqualified. And the cost will be borne by the litigants before her. A government of the people, by the people and for the people only works when the people in the government are competent. Trump and his legion of ignorant ever-Trumpers are living proof of incompetence.

The Washington Post recently reported that Trump is so miserable in Florida, without a press corps to summon at will, that an aide asks his friends to call him with affirmations.

Trump, today's most notorious, juvenile bullshit artist, turned the heat on Tesla CEO Elon Musk this past weekend, calling Musk a "bullshit artist."
On Monday Trump continued with his childish name calling by attacking New York Magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi, calling her an “unattractive wack job.” Nuzzi drew the ire of Trump after she reported on his life at Mar-a-Lago since he announced a third run for the White House.
Should we all join in and sing the 192-year-old nursery rhyme "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me?"
Musk responded that it's time for Trump to hang up his hat and "sail into the sunset." Musk rationalized that Trump would be 82 at the end of the term if he is elected as president in the 2024 polls. The age, according to Musk, would be too old to lead the United States.
We wholeheartedly agree. However, more than Trump's age is his undeniable mental incompetence.

Attorney Jack Smith is expected to focus on indicting Trump on the state cases in order to get him indicted "federally" because there's no ability for Trump to be pardoned federally for a state crime. And if you're indicted in New York, you typically go to jail.
Legal experts Andrew Weissmann, Maya Wiley and Basil Smikle all agreed that it's officially the beginning of the end of Trump.
The strongest case, and according to the legal experts, supposedly the easiest to prove, is the case of the stolen top secret documents. Trump stole the documents. He knew he stole the documents. He's guilty. Lock him up!

Future life behind bars? We hope so.
The Department of Justice needs to not only prosecute Trump for the traitor to America that he is, but also to both set a precedent that no one is above the law, including former presidents, and as a deterrent to future unleashed autocrats who may try to follow Trump's example.

Olivia Nuzzi, New York magazine's New York correspondent, reported in her op-ed titled "The Final Campaign" that since announcing his intent to make another run for president, Trump just goes, plays golf, comes back, and f*cks off. He has retreated to the golf course and to Mar-a-Lago. His world has gotten much smaller. His world is so, so small.”
During his entire life, Trump has rejected smallness.
But now Trump is small. Since this retread's ho-hum announcement to run for president again, he's had none of the rallies he's had in the past. Social media influencer: an anonymous and self-proclaimed authority and complainer on one or more social media platforms who purports to have an expert level of knowledge or social influence in their field. In the meantime, prosecute Trump on tax evasion!
According to Congress’s top non-partisan tax lawyers, Trump's tax returns, which were recently released, are littered with dozens of audit triggers: questionable private jet expenses, large unsubstantiated charitable deductions and dubious payments to his children, among others.
Trump fought to keep his taxes secret for years, under the weak excuse that he was being audited. The release of Trump’s taxes is important for transparency and democracy.
FACT: Trump aided an insurrection and should be charged with multiple felonies. This process is going to take some time. Democracy cannot thrive if attempts to topple it are simply washed away. Trump must be charged and prosecuted.
So, in the meantime, let's put Trump in prison for tax evasion while we await indictment and prosecution on his more serious traitorous crimes against America. Don't forget, regardless of his more serious crimes, Al Capone went to Alcatraz in 1934 because of tax evasion!

Justice is coming for Trump!
“There’s no question—none—that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day,” said Republican Senator Mitch McConnell at Trump's second impeachment trial.
In creating the executive branch of the US government in Article 2 of the Constitution, the founders included a mandatory oath that affirmed the president must be deferential to the law, not vice versa. The president must “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States” — the highest law of the land. What the founders feared most was a president who would wield his power as an unchecked king to serve his personal interests and those of his friends.
Thanks to the work of the congressional committee investigating the attack on the Capitol, we now know when and how Trump provoked the insurrection.
Trump and his core supporters repeatedly threatened that any attempt to apply laws to him would provoke violence against the law. Trump allies and Trump himself have warned of riots if he were ever prosecuted.
We voters say, let the games begin. We will not be threatened by this incompetent malignant narcissist and vindictive insurrectionist.
The time is long past due to indict Trump, just as Aaron Burr was indicted in 1807 for organizing an insurrection against the United States. Democracy cannot survive with lawlessness, especially from elected leaders. Trump is not above the law, and this traitor must pay for his crimes against America.

The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection held its final public meeting today, during which it made criminal referrals to the Justice Department for Trump and others.
The four criminal referrals are:

- Conspiracy to defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. § 371)
- Conspiracy to make a false statement (18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1001)

Trump took to his failing social media platform to rant about "the cancer" that he feels is in our country. His diatribe, of course, lambasted everyone else, while this LOSER predictably took no responsibility for any of his misdeeds and crimes against America.
We won't post Trump's exact comments because that's what he would like every media outlet to do, and we won't be an audience for anything he has to say. But we will more accurately re-phrase his comments so that this time they represent the truth.

Tennessee MAGA Maggot faces new charges
NBC News reported that one of Trump's MAGA Maggots in Tennessee is facing new charges of conspiracy, retaliating against a federal official, interstate communication of a threat, and solicitation to commit a crime of violence.
We're not going to post the name of this traitor here. We won't give him the press that he undoubtedly wants. The criminal complaint against this traitorous asshole and MAGA pig says he obtained the names of law enforcement personnel involved in the probe that led to his initial arrest, and discussed plans to kill them and attack the FBI's field office in Knoxville. He was already facing charges in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on allegations that he assaulted a law enforcement officer during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
A cooperating witness allegedly told investigators that this MAGA Maggot discussed collecting intelligence on law enforcement involved in the case against him and shared plans to kill personnel on the list, saying, “With us being such a small group, we will mainly conduct recon missions and assassination missions.”
It's time our government quit pussyfooting around and hang these traitors to America!

DeSantis led Trump 52 percent to 38 percent in the Wall Street Journal survey, which was released Wednesday. Fox News reported on the Wall Street Journal poll and a USA Today/Suffolk University poll that showed DeSantis up 56 percent to 33 percent over Trump in a one-on-one test.
"DeSantis is rising and Trump is increasingly scared of being left for dead by the Republican Party. Trump is not going to let DeSantis grab his throne without a fight. We are on the eve of nothing less than a civil war in the Republican Party," said Dan Eberhart, a GOP donor who is backing DeSantis.

Is Musk a dictator?
The supposed wealthiest man in the world now won't pay his bills.
The New York Times reported today that Musk has stopped paying rent on his Twitter offices and has told employees not to pay vendors. He has also refused to pay a $197,725 bill for private charter flights made the week of his takeover — and is considering denying severance payments to thousands of people who have been laid off since his deal.
Musk has also threatened employees with lawsuits if they talk to the media or “act in a manner contrary to the company’s interest.” Musk also fired his personal lawyer, Alex Spiro, who he appointed to head legal and policy matters at Twitter after firing its chief legal officer and general counsel for cases in October.

Trump accepted bribes for pardons?
The Ash & Pri Network reported that Trump's latest controversy is an alleged bribery attempt by a real estate developer to obtain pardons for two convicts subsequently pardoned by Trump.
According to information put forth by U.S. House Natural Resources Committee, a certain real estate developer named Mike Ingram secured pardons for Dwight and Steve Hammond, who were convicted of lighting fires on public property they leased and unlawfully slaughtering deer on that land back in 2012. Raul Grijalva, the Chairman of U.S. House Natural Resources Committee, and Katie Porter, another representative, claimed that Ingram gave $10,000 to Trump's America First Action, Inc. Super PAC to secure a pardon for the Hammonds. The Hammonds were pardoned one week after Ingram's Super PAC donation.

Mary Trump, 45's niece and a certified psychologist, said that her crazy uncle is prepared to “burn everything down” if Republicans dare to turn their backs on him during his time of need. “Donald becomes his most dangerous when he fears loss of relevance,” Mary told Ali Velshi of MSNBC. “When he fears that he is no longer the center of attention. When he fears that he is no longer the one in control.” And an op-ed published by the Washington Post titled "Donald Trump is begging for attention. Nobody cares" certainly seems to suggest that’s what’s happening.
America is losing interest in Donald Trump, and that's a very good thing for democracy.
Mary Trump issued a dire warning to the GOP, saying her “poisonous” uncle is, hands down, “the most dangerous person to the Republican party” right now and is “perfectly comfortable digging up dirt” on anyone. “We don’t know just what kind of information he has on other people in his party,” she said. “What we do know is he would be willing to use it. Donald will burn everything down if he feels like he is going down.”
An exclusive USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll found that GOP and GOP-leaning voters now say, by a 2-1 margin, that they want Trump's policies but a different standard-bearer to carry them. Sixty-one percent prefer some other Republican nominee. "Republicans and conservative independents increasingly want Trumpism without Trump," said David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center.
The last thing that America needs is this mental case back in the White House.

It appears that after months of opportunities to return the documents he stole after leaving the White House, Trump's been caught hiding even more. It's time to put this asshole behind bars.
The Washington Post reported that Trump's lawyers found at least two items marked classified at a storage unit in Trump's West Palm Beach storage facility. Trump's team misled reporters about the searches, according to The New York Times' Maggie Haberman. "People close to the former president had insisted earlier Wednesday that no classified material had been found at any of the facilities," which turned out to be false, she tweeted.
Measure it any way you want, using any standard of measurement, and the end result is still the same: Trump is a lying LOSER.

Just two weeks after Trump had dinner at Mar-a Lago with rapper Kanye West, who recently spoke positively about Hitler, and far-right racist, neo-Nazi, and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes, who the Department of Justice has labeled as a white supremacist, Trump posed for photos at Mar-a-Lago with Liz Crokin, a prominent promoter of QAnon and "Pizzagate" conspiracy theories, who was speaking at an event hosted at Trump's club. In one photo, the duo make a "thumbs up" sign together. "Pizzagate" is a viral conspiracy theory that falsely claims prominent Democrats were running a child-sex trafficking ring out of a pizza shop in Washington, D.C.
The event at Mar-a-Lago was billed as a fundraiser in support of a "documentary" on sex trafficking — one of the pillars of the QAnon conspiracy theory. "You are incredible people, you are doing unbelievable work, and we just appreciate you being here and we hope you're going to be back," Trump said in remarks to the crowd, according to a video of his speech.
Other prominent conservatives who were in attendance included former national security adviser and retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, and Seth Keshel, a retired U.S. Army captain who has worked to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election. It was Liz Crokin who first introduced Marjorie Taylor Greene to the QAnon conspiracy theory. Crokin has been banned from most social media platforms.
Trump is so mentally deficient that just last week he called for "termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution" over false claims of election fraud. Trump should be banned from running for any office in America.

Raphael Warnock defeats Trump's pick in Georgia!
Georgians re-elected Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock yesterday, defeating Herschel Walker, who was backed by Trump.
This gives Democrats a 51-seat majority in the U.S. Senate and means Democrats will have a majority on all committees, which will allow them to easily advance President Biden’s nominees.
Just as importantly, this was yet another loss for Trump, a sign that he is losing influence in the Republican party. Trump endorsed multiple losing state-level candidates, who campaigned on his 2020 loss rather than the 2022 economy and helped turn state legislatures over to Democrats.

CNN reported that a Manhattan jury found two Trump Organization companies guilty on all 17 charges of criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records connected to a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives.
The Trump Organization could face a maximum of $1.61 million in fines when sentenced in mid-January. A felony conviction could impact the Trump Organization's ability to do business or obtain loans or contracts.
“This was a case about greed and cheating,” said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “The Trump Corporation and the Trump Payroll Corporation got away with a scheme that awarded high-level executives with lavish perks and compensation while intentionally concealing the benefits from the taxing authorities to avoid paying taxes. Today’s verdict holds these Trump companies accountable for their long-running criminal scheme.”

Air Canada recently placed an order for 30 electric airplanes, and Greene, true to form, put her full ignorance on display, saying, "How is there an electric airplane and what does that look like? Remember back a long time ago when you’ve seen movies where people in those slave ships and, they’re down there and they’re rowing, and they’re being whipped to row? We’re saying, how are they gonna keep powering these electric airplanes, what are they gonna have, it’s like a spin class in a tube? Where they’ve got everybody riding spin cycles, and those mean nasty airline stewardesses that forced you to wear masks all the time on the plane…are they gonna be forcing you to like keep spinning to keep the airplane in the air? It’s absurd!”
What's absurd is that there are so many stupid voters in Georgia who continue to support such an ignorant legislator.

No wonder Trump had so much love for North Korean dictator Kim Jung Un.
While he was president, Trump failed to disclose a $19.8 million loan from a company with historical ties to North Korea. Forbes reported that even though the loan was reported on the Trump Organization’s internal documents, it was not disclosed on Trump’s public financial disclosure reports. Under disclosure laws, Trump was required to submit the documents to federal officials during his presidential campaign and after he became president.

Yesterday, on his failing social media platform, Trump raged about non-existent "fraud and deception" in the November 8th midterm elections — and he proposed scrapping the United States Constitution as a means to reinstall himself into the presidency. Trump is a mentally deranged lunatic. Trump also called for a do-over of the race that he lost by over 7 million votes to President Joe Biden.
FACT: There was no evidence of widespread voter fraud in either the 2020 or 2022 elections.
Yesterday White House spokesman Andrew Bates said, “You cannot only love America when you win. The American Constitution is a sacrosanct document that for over 200 years has guaranteed that freedom and the rule of law prevail in our great country. The Constitution brings the American people together – regardless of party – and elected leaders swear to uphold it. It’s the ultimate monument to all of the Americans who have given their lives to defeat self-serving despots that abused their power and trampled on fundamental rights.” Earlier this week Trump expressed support for the rioters behind the deadly January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol.
