The New York Grand Jury finally indicted Trump yesterday on charges related to his illegal hush money payment in 2016 to porn actress Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) with whom he had an illicit, extramarital affair. This is the first time in American history that a former president has been indicted on criminal charges. Trump is a sad sack of shit — a failure and LOSER in almost every respect.
"No one is above the law; not even a former president," said Michael Cohen.

Trump is a coward, but he has a big mouth attached to his demented brain. The Rolling Stone is reporting that Trump has asked his advisors for "battle plans" to "attack Mexico" if re-elected.
That's right, folks. Trump is asking for a plan to wage war in Mexico, and the Republican Party is eager to give it to him. Other Republican lunatics are on board with Trump. Republican congressmen Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) and Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) announced legislation to authorize the use of military force against fentanyl trafficking cartels in Mexico. The move garnered support from Trump’s former attorney general Bill Barr, who penned an approving op-ed in the Wall Street Journal. Pro-Trump House members like the QAnon Bitch, Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-Texas) have echoed these ideas, as well.
Trump is ill — seriously mentally ill. He needs to be locked in a padded cell for his own good and the good of America.

There have been 129 mass shootings in the U.S. this year!
That's right. One hundred and twenty-nine mass shootings in 87 days, and there are still ignorant idiots who don't want gun control!
The latest shooting was today in Nashville by transgender Audrey Hale, 28, who was under a doctor's care for an undisclosed emotional disorder before murdering three children and three adults. But Hale was still able to legally purchase seven firearms from five local gun stores. What is wrong with this picture?
If it was the innocent child or the loving parent of a Congressperson or Senator who was gunned down in cold blood by a deranged murderer with an assault rifle, they would think differently and act differently. Maybe that's what needs to happen in order to change the outdated gun laws in this nation. Short of the murders of legislators' families, these legislators will do nothing — absolutely nothing. They are worse than worthless.
The pattern is familiar. While the Democrats, this time led by President Joe BIden, demand that Congress renew the ban on semiautomatic rifles (“assault weapons”), the Republicans will offer no more than prayers for families of the victims, and gratitude for “first responders.” The Republicans will all say that things need to change, but they will re-dedicate themselves to preserving the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense with assault rifles, even though there were no assault rifles when the Second Amendment was written. The Republicans are a worthless bunch of do-nothings.
It's time for a complete ban on assault rifles except in the hands of active military personnel.

At his Waco, TX rally this past Saturday, Trump proclaimed that he was “the most innocent man in the history of our country.” We all know that Trump is intellectually and emotionally retarded. At his rally, Trump criticized Democrats, Ukraine, and many Republicans, but he praised Marjorie Taylor Greene, the worthless QAnon Bitch and Klan Mom who was kicked off of her House Committees during the last Congressional session and did nothing except collect a paycheck at taxpayers' expense. But Greene, eyeing the possibility of being a part of Trump's ticket, returned the favor by sniffing Trump's ass, saying, "We have to stop allowing Democrats to abuse us. It’s like we are a beaten spouse.” Greene out to know all about "beaten spouses." Her husband of 27 years recently divorced her after months of drama and lurid allegations about Greene’s serial cheating. Seems that both Trump and Greene have a serial cheating problem.
Both Trump and Greene are, without any doubt, completely unfit for any office in the land.

Trump's supporters left his rally early
Trump started off his Waco, TX rally Saturday with old January 6 footage behind him on a screen, and followed it with a presentation of “Justice For All,” featuring the J6 Choir, a group of his already convicted and imprisoned January 6 rioters, followed by Trump himself reciting part of the Pledge of Allegiance. It was all a sad photo-op by a sad, demented, mentally retarded, and intellectually disabled man.
The Waco Tribune-Herald reported that about 30 minutes into Trump's speech, the crowd began to thin, with people getting a head start on the walk back to the parking lots.
Nobody wants to hear any more of Trump's shit-show. Even Trump's supporters don't want to hear any more of his repetitious and worthless babble.

If there's one thing we don't need, it's a retaliatory and defiant candidate like Trump running for office.
Yesterday, Trump wasted no time at his rally in Waco, TX firing back against the multiple investigations looking into his illegal conduct and declaring himself "the most innocent man in the history of our country." Who is he kidding and who is he trying to convince? The entire country knows Trump is guilty on multiple counts! This classless asshole even played video clips of his January 6th insurrection at the US Capitol during his speech.
Trump arrived on his private plane and entered on a red carpet lined with American flags. It's all about appearance for Trump, but, as they also say in Texas, it was "Big hat; no cattle" — all talk; no action. Trump's speech was filled with false claims. Trump is the "Duke of Deception."
Notably, the crowd stayed mostly silent as Trump lashed out at Ron DeSantis, a potential 2024 challenger who hasn't even announced his candidacy. Even Trump's so-called supporters don't want to hear his shit. Trump is a retaliatory and defiant LOSER!
Business Insider also reported that the Trump campaign announced that anyone who works for DeSantis will be blacklisted from ever getting a job with Trump. Who cares? Who would want a job working for a mentally deficient malignant narcissist anyway?

He contorted his body and tucked his head down to avoid being photographed as his motorcade left for Mar-A-Lago.
Prior to his wimpy actions, Trump talked tough on his failing social media platform, predicting “potential death & destruction” if he is charged with the hush money payout crime and referring to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as an "animal" and a "degenerate psychopath." Even more shocking is the fact that, earlier in the night, Trump posted a picture of himself wielding a baseball bat next to Bragg’s head. If anyone is a degenerate psychopath, it's Trump.

Trump wants to be handcuffed!
The Guardian has just reported that Trump wants to be handcuffed behind his back for the "perp walk" when he makes an appearance in court for his indictment for his role in paying hush money to Stormy Daniels for his illicit affair with her.
According to the report, Trump reasoned that since he would need to go to the courthouse and surrender himself to authorities for fingerprinting and a mug shot anyway, he might as well turn everything into a “spectacle.” See, it's always about Trump — always about his face in the press. We think they should put a bag over his head and conduct the indictment in the basement of the courthouse, out of everyone's sight.

NBC News reported that "three House Republican committee chairmen sent Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg a letter yesterday requesting he testify before Congress 'about what plainly appears to be a politically motivated prosecutorial decision' in any potential indictment of former President Donald Trump in the prosecutor's hush money probe." Trump couldn't keep his zipper zipped while whoring around with a porn actress, but these three Republican congressmen are trying to protect Trump and project the fault on the Manhattan District Attorney — using Trump's own worn-out technique. The three GOP chairmen are House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio; House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky.; and House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil, R-Wis., all Trump MAGA ass-sniffers. Their letter continued, "You are reportedly about to engage in an unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority: the indictment of a former president of the United States and current declared candidate for that office."
The letter is not a subpoena, but it marks the first investigatory action from the committees after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., promised to scrutinize the people who have been investigating Trump.

Four members of the Oath Keepers were convicted yesterday of conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding in connection with Trump's Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. It was the third group of Oath Keepers members to go to trial for their actions on Jan. 6, but this group did not face the more serious charge of seditious conspiracy that those in the first two groups faced. Nine other members of the Oath Keepers have already been tried and found guilty of their part in the insurrection.
In a related case, five other members of the Proud Boys are on trial as well, accused of seditious conspiracy, for their part in the Jan. 6 riot.

Politicians decided to prioritize their elections and popularity over our health
COVID is NOT gone. It's still alive and spreading like wildfire, in spite of vaccines and the fact that more than three years have passed since it was first discovered in the United States.
We know more about the pandemic now. We know that COVID-19 is airborne, that it moves through the air like cigarette smoke, so “social distancing” as we knew it in 2020 is pretty meaningless today when sharing indoor air. Social distancing isn’t enough of a mitigation strategy. Have you ever smelled food burning in a kitchen or cigarette smoke in restaurants before indoor smoking was banned? Distance doesn’t automatically mean particles in the air aren’t reaching you, say the researchers.
We now know that infection with COVID-19, while it might seem mild at the time, can have devastating effects on the body, including long-lasting symptoms ranging from ongoing loss of smell to cardiovascular damage and cognitive dysfunction; and thousands of people are still dying from COVID-19 every week in the United States. Over 3,700 people died from COVID in the U.S. in the first two weeks of this month!
We still don't know what the long-term negative effects of COVID are that can last for months or even years. Chronic fatigue is commonly reported, as is the negative impact to short-term memory and prosopagnosia, i.e. "face blindness" — having trouble identifying faces after their infection.
Research has proven that high-quality, well-fitting masks — N95s, KN95s, KF94s or even higher-filtration elastomeric respirators — are effective at reducing transmission of the virus. Loose-fitting blue surgical masks and cloth masks don’t cut it.
We choose to listen to science, epidemiology and immunology experts over politicians and uninformed social media naysayers who refuse to acknowledge that COVID-19 is airborne and that masking and clean air are the most effective tools we have to prevent the spread of the disease.
Simply putting on an N95 when you go out makes us all safer. It shows us you care that we’re alive. Not wearing a mask is simply irresponsible.

Trump, who is a racist and a fascist, has attacked Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who is black, calling him a "racist," as well as his former longtime "fixer," Michael Cohen, calling him a "SleazeBag." Having finally been cornered for making a $130,000 payment to a porn actress after not being able to keep his zipper zipped, Trump is now grasping for straws and hoping to tie any charges from the investigation to President Biden in an attempt to make any indictment seem like a political attack.
A grand jury is potentially nearing a criminal indictment against Trump over records related to his payments to Stormy Daniels to cover up his infidelity to his wife Melania.
Trump is dealing with the new reality by hiring extra staff to increase attacks against Bragg, and by brewing bogus conspiracies that President Biden influenced the Manhattan DA's probe for political reasons. Trump is like a rabid, caged animal. The LOSER is grasping for straws in a losing battle.
George Conway has some eyebrow-raising views on Trump’s legal troubles. He has predicted Trump could get up to three different indictments and said that “violence could erupt” should Trump be charged or jailed. If violence does erupt in the streets, it will be caused by Trump's uneducated and brainwashed MAGA Maggots and ignorant far-right Trump cultists. Raw Story reported that a pair of sketchy loans totaling $8 million from Kremlin-linked entities to Trump Media now under investigation for possible Russian money laundering were personally approved by Donald Trump Jr.
Federal prosecutors in New York are now scrutinizing these two loans. The Guardian reported that Trump Media's company officials set aside their own concerns about the origins of the money because Trump's eldest son had confirmed to Trump Media's lawyers that the transaction should proceed.
Both loans came from Paxum Bank and ES Family Trust, both of which were controlled by an individual named Anton Postolnikov, a relation of Vladimir Putin ally Aleksandr Smirnov. The former president was chairman of Trump Media at the time, and he was interested in the deal because he would receive 90 percent of the shares without putting any of his own money into the venture.
Predictably, Trump Media declined to comment on the investigation.

Cohen just finished testifying before the Manhattan grand jury that is deciding whether or not to indict Trump for making illegal 'hush-money' payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels days before the 2016 election. In 2018, federal prosecutors called the $130,000 payment to Daniels an illegal Trump campaign expense that was authorized by Trump himself.
Cohen told reporters he hopes the American people "see fit" to call Trump out "for the things that he's doing, the things that he says. At the end of the day, Donald Trump needs to be held accountable for his dirty deeds, if in fact that's the way that the facts play out," Cohen said, adding that the case is about "holding accountability, truth to power, and everything in between."

Raw Story reported that after former Vice President Mike Pence's criticism of Trump at the journalists' Gridiron dinner this past Saturday evening, Trump hit back, mocking Pence's poor performance in the presidential primary polls and even suggesting January 6 was really his fault for not objecting to the election results. This actually incriminates Trump even further, said Lincoln Project strategist Tara Setmayer. "Doesn't Trump always do that? He always admits to the crime," said Setmayer. "And he turns it around and blames everybody else. It's always about projection."

The New York Times reported that Trump is releasing a new book, at $99. Ninety-nine dollars for a worthless piece of shit from the twice-impeached malignant narcissist? We don't think so. Stephen Colbert says it’s part of Trump’s “insatiable need for cash and external validation.” Colbert added, “Now, you may be thinking, ‘Hey, Steve, this book sounds like another one of our greedy ex-president’s shameless cash grabs,’ and you would think real good, because this book he didn’t write costs $99."
Jimmy Fallon said, “If the book does well, the next volume will be a collection of his favorite subpoenas.”
Of course we won't advertise for the insurrectionist by mentioning the name of this book, but we can't help but wonder who wrote this book for Trump, as it's well-known that Tony Schwartz ghost-wrote Trump's first book, while Trump took all the credit.

Reuters has reported that former Vice President Mike Pence said that "history will hold Donald Trump accountable" for January 6, 2021.

Videos clearly show that on Trump's command, thousands of his MAGA Maggots breached the Capitol building in an attempt to stop Congress from certifying the results of the 2020 presidential election while Pence was presiding over what had always been the ceremonial task of approving the votes of the Electoral College to select the president and vice president. "What happened that day was a disgrace," Pence said. "And it mocks decency to portray it any other way."
A spokesperson for Trump did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but real Americans don't give a damn about what Trump, the modern day domestic traitor, thinks. He should be indicted, convicted, and then executed for his treasonous acts, as were Hipolito Salazar (1847), John Brown and Edwin Coppoc (1859), and Julius and Ethel Rosenberg (1953).

While you and I paid over $4.00 per gallon for gas, oil giant Saudi Aramco reported earning $161 billion last year, claiming the highest-ever recorded annual profit by a publicly listed company. For every $10 rise in the price of a barrel of oil, Saudi Arabia stands to make an additional $40 billion a year. President Biden warned the kingdom that “there’s going to be some consequences for what they’ve done” in terms of oil prices. What consequences? That's political rhetoric, i.e. bullshit. We all know that "oil rules" and the Saudis have the world by the short hairs.
Amnesty International's secretary-general, Agnès Callamard, noted that Saudi Arabia remains one of the world's top executioners while also remaining locked in a yearslong war in Yemen and cracking down on dissent.
Also of note, 15 of the 19 hijackers who took part in the September 11, 2001 attack on the United States were from Saudi Arabia.

Trump's band of ambulance-chasing attorneys got ratted out for his scheme of attempting to play two judges off of each other by double-booking trials to potentially delay both!
Trump already pushed back a potential late 2023 trial over duping investors to January of 2024, citing a conflict with the New York Attorney General’s trial over his fake financial statements to banks. But when Trump’s team recently sought to delay that Attorney General's trial, they got caught.
Attorney Roberta Kaplan alerted U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield in federal court and Justice Arthur F. Engoron in state court that they may be getting played. “Donald Trump has a history of leveraging his presidential-campaign activities to delay and avoid judicial proceedings,” Kaplan wrote to both judges. “We anticipated that, should the case schedule run into 2024, Mr. Trump will begin to argue that his campaign obligations must take precedence over his participation in this case, including at trial,” Kaplan continued. The last-minute request to postpone trials is “consistent with the pattern of delay” judges keep seeing from the Trumps, Kaplan said.
Randolph M. McLaughlin, a law professor at Pace University, stressed how rare it is for a lawyer to do what Kaplan did: contact a judge in a separate case to flag questionable behavior; but the citizens of America are certainly glad she did.
Not surprisingly, Trump’s ambulance-chasing defense attorneys, Clifford S. Robert and Alina Habba, did not respond to questions from The Daily Beast, where this story was reported.
Outside of New York, Trump’s army of attorneys has been busy trying to slow down the FBI’s investigation of his mishandling of classified records at his Mar-a-Lago estate in South Florida, the Department of Justice review of his attempt to overturn the 2020 election to stay in office, and the Fulton County District Attorney’s probe into his meddling in Georgia’s election. Trump finally got caught.

Is DeSantis ready to run?
CNN reported that Ron DeSantis doesn’t plan to make a formal announcement on his political future until May or June, but he didn't miss the opportunity to make an appearance yesterday in Davenport, Iowa, increasing the priority of his presidential ambitions and a desire to send a clear signal to Republican donors, activists and potential campaign staff in early voting states about his intentions.
Trump will hold his first Iowa event of the 2024 cycle in Davenport on Monday just days after DeSantis leaves town.

It was reported yesterday that prosecutors have signaled to Trump that he could face criminal charges for making a $130,000 hush money payment to the adult film actor and director Stormy Daniels. District attorney Alvin Bragg made the offer to Trump to testify next week before the grand jury that has been listening to evidence in the potential case, indicating how gravely Trump is at risk of becoming the first former president in American history to be indicted.
A spokesperson for Trump described the district attorney’s threat to indict Trump as “simply insane.”
Last Saturday, speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Oxon Hill, Maryland, Trump hurled insults and railed against Bragg as a “racist DA” being pushed by “radical left Democrats, the fake news media, and the department of injustice to bring charges against me for now ancient, no affair story of Stormy Horseface Daniels.”
May this be the first of many indictments against Trump as his other legal problems continue to mount. He also faces justice department special counsel investigations over classified documents seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida last summer, and his efforts to undo the results of the 2020 presidential election. In Georgia, the Fulton county district attorney is investigating whether Trump interfered in the 2020 election in the state. Citizen Trump can't run as an Independent
America's Biggest LOSER can't run as a third-party candidate in six states if he doesn't win the Republican presidential nomination.
Bloomberg reported that there are "sore loser" laws in six states (Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Arkansas, and Alabama) that bar a candidate defeated in a major-party primary from running as an independent or on a third-party ticket in the general election. Sore-loser laws would keep Trump’s name from even appearing on the ballot, although voters could still write him in. That means that Trump would thankfully start the election with a deficit of 91 electoral votes of the 270 required to capture the White House.
Three previous candidates in our nation's history ran as independents or on a third-party ticket after losing a major-party primary: former President Theodore Roosevelt in 1912, US Representative John Anderson in 1980, and former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson in 2012. They all lost.
Face it, Americans, Trump would be nothing if he wasn't a LOSER! Just look at the upcoming indictments Trump is facing:

Trump wants another delay. We say 'NO MORE!'
Reuters reported that scandal-plagued Trump is seeking a six-month delay to meet deadlines for gathering evidence in the New York attorney general's fraud case against him, despite the warning from the Manhattan judge who has presided over the case for three years that the trial date won't budge. Both sides agreed to the current schedule back in November of 2022. Now Trump wants to delay.
We citizens say, 'NO!' A delay is not justified. Have the courts not caught on to this asshole's delay tactics after all these years?
"The core of this case is very simple: plaintiff claims that defendants submitted false financial statements to third-parties," New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron wrote, a reference to the attorney general's allegations that Trump lied for years, and by billions of dollars, about the worth of his properties in documents sent to banks, insurers and tax authorities. Trump's side shouldn't need to do a whole lot more to get ready for trial, Engoron reasoned.

Attorney General Letitia James sued Trump and the other defendants way back in September of last year over their alleged roles in a decade-long scheme to manipulate asset values and Trump's net worth to win better terms from banks and insurers.
