Restore Democracy & Save America

Trump insulted Denmark’s head of state, Queen Margarethe II, who extended an invitation to Trump and Melania, by canceling the state visit because the Danes have no desire to sell Greenland. Trump called the Danish prime minister’s rejection of the idea “nasty” (Trump’s favorite worn-out insult toward women) when she described the suggestion as “an absurd discussion.” Trump added, “You don’t talk to the United States that way.” Helle Thorning-Schmidt, a former prime minister wrote, “Deeply insulting to the people of Greenland and Denmark.” Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said she found the Danish response to Trump’s visit and its cancellation “good and wise.” The world agrees. Simply put, Greenland was never for sale. This is another of Trump’s diversionary and deflection tactics to take the focus off of his total incompetence and his inability to act on both his failing economy and gun control issues.

Speaking with reporters on the South Lawn on 8/21/19, Trump suggested that God had tapped him to lead a trade war with China. “I am the chosen one,” he said, glancing heavenward. Trump is obviously mentally sick and completely delusional, and even sicker are his supporters who believe his drivel.

Porky, overweight Trump, bulging out at the seams (and weighing in at an overweight 239 pounds a year ago), heckled one of his own supporters at a campaign rally in Manchester, N.H., saying, “That guy’s got a serious weight problem. Go home, start exercising.” As the crowd laughed, Trump continued, “Get him out of here please. Got a bigger problem than I do. Got a bigger problem than all of us.” Notice, the crowd laughed and Trump continued with his personal insults. After firing off his biting put-down about the protester’s weight and implying that the man still lived with his mother, Trump returned to his speech, saying, “We are continuing our incredible movement,” he said. “Our movement is built on love.” We all already know that Trump is a mentally deficient malignant narcissist, but Trump’s supporters provide even more proof that stupidity is not illegal in America. Those who witnessed Trump acting this way and who still continue to support him prove that Trump supporters are the most stupid people on planet Earth and Trump is the worst thing that ever happened to the United States of America in the entire history of the fine country he’s now destroying.

8/15/19 — Trump is showing what happens when the United States abandons its decades-long role as a guarantor of stability and instead chooses to act as an agent of global disruption. A series of economic and political shocks are inciting disorder across the planet and straining an international political system that Trump deliberately set out to undermine.

  • Stock markets are tumbling as warning signs flash of a global recession exacerbated by fears deepened by the US-China trade war.
  • Nuclear-armed India and Pakistan are locked in a dangerous new standoff.
  • The post-Cold War arms control regime is breaking down.
  • South Korea and Japan -- the foundation of US influence in Asia -- are reviving age-old animosity.
  • Concern about a Tiananmen Square-style crackdown by Beijing in Hong Kong is growing as Trump looks the other way.
  • Iran and the US just narrowly avoided spiraling into a disastrous war partly precipitated by the President's maximum pressure campaign.
  • And the European Union -- for years a crucial co-sponsor with the US of world stability -- is seeing one of its three most influential members, Britain, heading for the exits, with enthusiastic encouragement from the White House.
Trump's foreign policy achievements -- apart from piling up glowing flattery by leaders intent on exploiting his craving for praise -- are questionable at best. The US and the rest of the world are learning the price of an improvisational approach shaped largely to satisfy Trump's domestic political requirements that often seems strategized only in the time it takes to commit it to Twitter (in other words, Trump has no strategy; he’s nothing but a con man and a bullshit artist). He surrounds himself with “yes men” who he intimidates for his own self-aggrandizement, and then acts on hearsay from his favorite network talk shows. Trump has no prior government experience, no foreign diplomatic experience, no military experience, has filed for bankruptcy six times, is on his third marriage, has been accused of sexually abusing 21 women, and has evaded the draft five times with bone spurs. Trump is not a success or a leader by any of our standards of measurement.

Trump's hopes of four more years in office rest largely on the strength of the US economy, and yesterday’s
800 point drop in the stock market is proving that Trump does not have what it takes to strengthen the economy. The bond markets sent an early warning signal of a possible recession. Trump never accepts blame for any of his actions, but attempts to find scapegoats for everything. No more. Trump has now proven his incompetence on all fronts.

Incidentally, Trump and his advisers are adopting a familiar, worn-out mantra when it comes to mounting concerns about the economy: It's all fake news. "I don't think we're having a recession. We're doing tremendously well. Our consumers are rich. I gave a tremendous tax cut, and they're loaded up with money," Trump told reporters on 8/18/19 before returning to the White House from a 10-day stay at his New Jersey golf club. This bullshit artist is living in his own warped and twisted reality inside the head of a mentally ill, malignant narcissist.

Trump repeatedly refused to accept any responsibility for inciting violence in American communities, dismissing critics who have pointed to his rhetoric as a potential source of inspiration for some citizens acting on even long-held beliefs of bigotry and hate. But a nationwide review conducted by ABC News has identified at least 36 criminal cases where Trump was invoked in direct connection with violent acts, threats of violence or allegations of assault. In nine cases, perpetrators hailed Trump in the midst or immediate aftermath of physically attacking innocent victims. In another 10 cases, perpetrators cheered or defended Trump while taunting or threatening others. And in another 10 cases, Trump and his rhetoric were cited in court to explain a defendant's violent or threatening behavior.

Seven cases involved violent or threatening acts perpetrated in defiance of Trump, with many of them targeting Trump's allies in Congress. But the vast majority of the cases — 29 of the 36 — reflect someone echoing presidential rhetoric, not protesting it. The 36 cases identified by ABC News are remarkable in that a link to the president is captured in court documents and police statements, under the penalty of perjury or contempt.

ABC News could not find a single criminal case filed in federal or state court where an act of violence or threat was made in the name of President Barack Obama or President George W. Bush.

The idiot in the Oval Office’s latest end run around Congress, in hopes of playing “dictatorial king” in a democracy that neither needs nor wants a king, is to single-handedly change immigration law, and, if he gets his way, to also change the verbiage of the Emma Lazarus poem displayed since 1903 inside the Statue of Liberty, namely “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” Not a single dotting of an “i” or crossing of a “t” should be done to that poem without a full Congressional vote and approval. Trump, the 73-year-old malignant narcissist who feels he must be superior to everyone else, when in fact deep inside he’s as insecure and immature as a four-year-old, must be stopped and ousted while there’s still time to save America from his lunacy.

August 9

The REAL TRUTH has come out. Trump’s lies and fake news cannot and will not ever prevail. A number of recovering victims in El Paso declined to meet with Trump. One victim’s family member said, “I think he just came to do a circus; he was the one who brewed up all of this hatred against Mexicans.” Relatives of a father and daughter who were injured, with the father still in the hospital, told KDBC they didn’t want him there either.

Trump later shared a video that featured footage of him and Melania walking the halls of hospitals in El Paso and Dayton, waving to staffers and posing for smiling pictures as dramatic, action movie-style music played in the background. So, if consoling the nation in a time of desperate need is a vital and yet simple task of the American presidency, this white nationalist failed miserably this week.

Trump will exploit anything and anyone for his personal gain. He’s a pathetic excuse for a human being.

In El Paso Trump displayed just how small he is, no matter how big his mouth or powerful his office. The coward never once appeared in public. By 6:01 p.m., after just a little more than two hours, he was safely aboard Air Force One again and it was wheels up into the sky. But he is a shrinking president, stuck in a racist past, flying over a changing America.
Anybody But Trump in 2020.

August 7

Trump, the self-centered, malignant narcissist visited both Dayton, OH and El Paso, TX on 8/7/19, supposedly to console the survivors of this past weekend’s massacres, but like the immature adolescent that he is, Trump once again made the visit all about himself, having Dan Scavino, his social media director, tweet, “The President was treated like a Rock Star inside the hospital, which was all caught on video. They all loved seeing their great President!” After Trump’s Ohio visit, the White House released a 50-second promotional video of Trump’s visit with background music and the slogan, “America Stands With Ohio!”

Nobody gives a rat’s ass about Trump. This wasn’t about him, but this 73-year-old TWIDIOT with the mentality of a 4-year-old is too stupid to understand this.

August 6

Uruguay, Venezuela and Japan issued warnings this week after the U.S. experienced a pair of mass shootings last weekend that killed 31 people. Japan warned of "the potential for gunfire incidents everywhere in the United States," and described the country as a "gun society." Uruguay told its citizens to be aware of "growing indiscriminate violence, mostly for hate crimes." Venezuela similarly warned of "the recent proliferation of violent acts and hate crimes."

Asked about his reactions to the travel advisories, Trump replied, "Well, I can't imagine that. But if they did that, we'd just reciprocate."
"We are a very reciprocal nation, with me as the head. When somebody does something negative to us in terms of a country, we do it to them," he added. You can’t imagine that countries would warn their citizens, Donnie? Trump must be an ostrich with his head buried in the sand. And his first reaction, instead of diplomacy, is retaliation.
Trump is not fit to hold any office in this land.

This is the opinion of the United States that Trump and our “do nothing” House and Senate have created with other countries worldwide with their INACTION on banning citizen ownership of assault rifles.
Anybody But Trump in 2020. Vote BLUE no matter who. Oust those worthless political lackies in the House and Senate.

August 4

As the nation reeled from two mass shootings in less than a day, Trump spent the first hours after the tragedies completely out of sight at his New Jersey golf course. Not until he and Melania prepared to fly back to Washington in the late afternoon Sunday did he finally appear before cameras. "Hate has no place in our country, and we're going to take care of it," Trump declared before boarding Air Force One.

So state your plan on exactly how you’re going to take care of it, Donnie? We’re waiting.

Face it; Trump has no plan, only empty rhetoric.
Trump is the epitome of incompetence.

It is critically important to note that a handful of Republican lawmakers on Sunday (8/4/19) endorsed stricter gun controls, but most Republicans ignored Democratic demands that the Senate abandon its summer recess and return to Washington to address the issue. Those Republicans are worthless Senators that the public needs to vote out in the next election! The House passed two bills in February that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), another worthless Senator that Americans need to oust in 2020, has refused to consider.
