On 2/26/18, representatives David Cicilline (D-R.I.) and Ted Deutch (D-FL) introduced a bill to ban assault weapons! The legislation would make it “unlawful for a person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a semiautomatic assault weapon.” Finally — voices of reason in the midst of the insanity the nation has been hearing from the other side of the aisle since the Parkland, FL shooting.
