Trump lies!
In her substack this morning, noted historian Heather Cox Richardson wrote, "Trump won the presidency by assuring his base that he was a strong leader who could impose his will on the country and the world. Now he is bleating weakly at Putin." Trump has now resorted to begging Putin to stop the war. Yesterday, he wrote, "Vladimir, STOP!" on his failing social media site.
Trump is a weak man-child and an incessant liar. His modus operandi (MO) is to tell lies big enough and often enough so that his ignorant MAGA Maggot base will believe that those lies are the truth. We now see that he's done that all his life.
Remember, folks, it was one of Trump's many empty and baseless campaign promises that he said he was going to end the Russia-Ukraine war in one day. Read it for yourself. This isn't "fake news." He kept repeating it over and over on the campaign trail. Even sadder than Trump's lies is the fact that his MAGA Maggots believed those lies as if they were gospel.
At a CNN town hall in May 2023, Trump said: “They’re dying, Russians and Ukrainians. I want them to stop dying. And I’ll have that done — I’ll have that done in 24 hours.”
Trump is a lying pig.
Trump lied to get votes, and his MAGA Maggots were gullible and stupid enough to believe his lies.
Trump lied to invent "alternative facts" (a phrase coined by Kellyanne Conway in a Meet the Press interview on January 22, 2017, and debunked by Chuck Todd in the same interview when he said, “Alternative facts are not facts, they’re falsehoods.”). There are no "alternative facts" — just blatant lies.
Trump lied about what constitutes a national emergency so that he can circumvent the rule of law and the Constitution.
Trump lied, saying that injecting disinfectant could be a cure for Covid, and now Secretary of Health and Human Services, RFK, Jr., one of his lapdogs, refused to urge people to get vaccinated to stop the spread of measles. That outbreak is already the largest since measles ceased to be consistently present in the U.S. population 25 years ago, and, at current rates of vaccination, the disease could become commonplace again. There's not one fully functioning brain among the entire lot of Trump's lemmings.
Trump even lied on January 21, 2017 about the crowd size at his inauguration.
There is nothing that comes out of Trump's mouth that anyone can believe. He is living in his own demented reality and lying his way through life — at our expense.
In addition to Trump's lies, according to Robert Hubbell, his executive orders should be viewed as "a mixture of propaganda and photo opportunities." Executive orders cannot amend, suspend, or ignore the Constitution; supersede statutes enacted by Congress; cancel or impound congressional appropriations; shutter agencies created by statute; use mass layoffs to incapacitate agencies established by Congress; or overrule judicial decisions. Because every executive order signed by Trump violates (at least) one of the above prohibitions, federal judges have appropriately admonished the implementation of Trump’s orders at a scalding pace.
Trump’s poll numbers are dropping sharply. A Reuters poll found that only 37% of Americans approve of his handling of the economy, which was supposed to be his strong suit. The latest polling for The Economist and YouGov give Trump an approval rating of negative 13 points.
As veteran Resistor Vic, a liberal living in a MAGA county, wrote in his substack, "Sooner or later, we’ll wake up to learn he died in his sleep and then his cult will die off too. Let's embarrass them from now until then."

Just how much more ignorant can you get than Trump?
Not much more. Trump is about as ignorant as you can get.
USA Today reported that Trump ruled out a proposal to raise taxes on millionaires, arguing they would flee the country over the policy.
Let 'em leave, we say. As a percentage of their income, they're not paying their fair share like the rest of us anyway. Who needs them?
Trump learned a new word when he turned 78: tariff. He erroneously thinks tariffs are going to solve all of America's economic problems. Trump is delusional. He thinks he can lie his way out of anything. He has suggested that tariffs could potentially replace the income tax, even though our best economists warn that tariffs raise far less revenue and fall harder on lower-income households. During the past week fact checking has proven that Trump has lied about the price of gas, groceries, and eggs — using these repeated lies and deception to try to minimize widespread concerns that his tariffs will fuel inflation. As a matter of fact, all of the following items have spiked as a result of Trump's failed economic policies: orange juice, beef, fresh herbs, coffee, butter, bacon, fresh berries, cheeses, cereal, salmon, packaged snacks, milk, nuts, olive oil, frozen dinners, and buttered popcorn. The list goes on and on. Millionaires don't worry about the price of these items, but the common working-class citizens do.
A Pew Research Center survey shows that most Americans now express little or no confidence in how Trump is handling the economy. Six in 10 disapprove of the tariffs he has imposed, and their predictions about what's ahead in the economy have darkened.
Trump is as ignorant, inept, and incompetent as it gets.

Trump is a Putin ass-kisser
Every person who stands up to the Trump regime’s lawlessness and cruelty summons others to do the same. Every prominent politician who stands up to Trump’s tyranny invites other politicians to stand up to it too.
Hundreds of thousands of us are turning out at rallies in our communities to condemn Trump and his evil regime. All of us must continue to stand up to defy Trump, the neo-Nazi fascist who is destroying our precious democracy and standing with Russia.
An important lesson from history is that tyrants cannot be appeased. Appeasement only feeds their insatiable hunger for power. Defy and resist Trump at every opportunity and at every turn in order to save our democracy.
As we resist Trump’s tyranny, America gains solidarity.
As America gains solidarity, we feel more courageous.
As we feel more courageous and stand up to Trump, we weaken him and his regime.
As we weaken Trump and his regime, we have less to fear.
Trump is a Putin ass-kisser. Since 2014, on a bipartisan basis, the United States has supported Ukraine’s fight to push back Russia’s invasions. But this week Trump and his administration have rejected supporting Ukraine in favor of supporting Russia. Trump required repeated concessions from Ukraine even as Russia continued bombing Ukraine. Trump's plan is to lift the sanctions imposed against Russia after its 2014 and 2022 invasions of Ukraine, in particular its energy and industrial sectors, and to cooperate with Russia, giving Russian president Vladimir Putin everything he wanted. Interestingly, this U.S.-backed plan echoes almost entirely the plan Russian operatives presented to Trump’s 2016 campaign manager Paul Manafort in exchange for helping Trump win the White House. So therein lies the deeper truth — Trump is a Putin ass-kisser. Historian Heather Cox Richardson wrote today, "Curiously, Trump felt obliged to write that 'I have nothing to do with Russia…'." The Trump regime is coming apart at the seams. Gross incompetence is everywhere. The regime can’t keep military secrets. It can’t maintain financial stability. It can’t protect children from measles. It can't decide if tariffs are on or off. It can't keep the stock market from falling lower than we've seen since The Great Depression. It can't protect America. And now it's siding with Russia. As Robert Reich, the former Secretary of Labor, said, "While we need to continue to resist Trump’s authoritarianism, we also need to highlight his utter inability to govern America." And we will continue to do so.
Democracy will be restored once we get rid of Trump and his regime and rescind their control over our government.

Traitorous Pete needs to go now!
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is at it again, leaking national security information in a group chat that included his wife, brother and a lawyer. Hegseth is a walking disaster!
NPR reported that "Hegseth used the Signal messaging app on his personal smartphone, detailing minute-by-minute classified information about airstrikes on Houthi targets in Yemen. It happened at about the same time in March that Hegseth shared similar details with top White House officials in a different Signal chat group that accidentally included a journalist. That leak, hours before air strikes hit, could have endangered U.S. pilots if that information about the timing of strikes was intercepted by U.S. adversaries."
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt denied that there's an effort to replace Hegseth, posting that Trump "stands strongly" behind him.
Yep, it's not unexpected that traitorous Trump would stand behind a fellow traitor.
Three other Pentagon advisers — Dan Caldwell, Colin Carroll, and Darin Selnick — were escorted out of the Pentagon and accused of leaking information to the press. Caldwell and Selnik are longtime associates of Hegseth who worked with him at Concerned Veterans for America, a right-leaning policy group.
New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen on the Armed Services Committee said, "We must not forget that ultimate responsibility here lies with President Trump for selecting a former weekend TV host, without any experience successfully leading a large and complex organization, to run our government's biggest department and make life and death decisions for our military and country."

The Rule of Law is null and void under Trump
Noted historian Heather Cox Richardson reported in her substack this morning that Trump has ignored the rule of law since at least March 15th, when it spirited more than 250 men from the U.S. to the CECOT prison in El Salvador. Trump claimed the men were all dangerous gang members who had committed crimes, but did not provide any of their names. Once news outlets got a list of the men, their investigations found that Trump lied about the men’s criminal status. Bloomberg reported that 90% of the men sent to CECOT had no U.S. criminal record.
Judge James Boasberg ordered Trump not to deport the men and, if they were already in the air, to turn the planes around. But Trump defied the judge's order and went forward nonetheless and has appeared to taunt the courts ever since. On April 4, Judge Paula Xinis ordered the administration to “facilitate and effectuate” Abrego Garcia’s return. Six days later, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously upheld Xinis’s order. Trump made it clear he would ignore the Supreme Court. He should be imprisoned for contempt of court, and then we would see all of these wrongfully deported men returned to the United States in less than one day. The dunces on the Supreme Court are figuring out that their own legal system is under siege. They won't be very supreme any more if they don't protect the law. Trump has created a fiction whereby the U.S. can spirit anyone out of the U.S. without due process, render them to prison in another country, and then declare it doesn’t have the power to get the person back. “A sitting US President is using falsified evidence to try and deny due process to a man who has committed no crime,” said social activist Chris Kluwe.
This weekend the Supreme Court ordered the administration not to deport another group of undocumented Venezuelans under the authority of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, even as it had already loaded these men onto buses to head to an airplane.
In other news, Trump, the incessant liar, is now backpedaling, saying that the letter the administration sent to Harvard University on April 11 withholding federal grants until the university handed his administration officials power over the school’s students and programs was “unauthorized.” Nice try, Little Donnie. Harvard pointed out that the letter “was signed by three federal officials, placed on official letterhead, was sent from the email inbox of a senior federal official."
Trump is an evil and desperate monster with many tentacles who needs to be removed from office by the people, but trying to get Trump's brainwashed MAGA cult members to use brains that have been neglected for years is an uphill battle. Maybe it's because right-leaning shows dominate on social media, MAGA's preferred source of what they mistakenly and fallaciously call "news" (e.g. Charlie Kirk, Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, Benny Johnson, Glenn Beck, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, Joe Rogan, X, Instagram, Rumble, PBD Podcast, and a long list of other subversives), along with their alien advertisers. Let's call that far-right crap what it really is — misleading and biased propaganda from unqualified "influencers." We can only feel sorry for MAGA, the incredibly misguided and brainwashed Cult of Trump. Trump declares open season on our Constitutional right to free speech
Authoritarians like Trump must attempt to muzzle the independent press because it exposes the lies in his propaganda and in his tyrannical regime. Trump is the devil in human form
The real truth is no longer safe. This Beelzebub named Trump lies with every breath, twisting, contorting, and embellishing the truth with his evil mind control techniques until his brainwashed cult members, lapdogs, and lemmings accept those lies as alternative facts.
Trump's message is clear: destroy and conquer everything that American democracy stands for and replace it with his mentally twisted version of an autocratic and dictatorial nation where he is the ultimate ruler with total control.
Trump is the ultimate deceiver and liar who wants everyone to think he was chosen by God to lead America. He isn't the chosen one. Trump is none other than the devil in disguise, in human form. He is evil incarnate. He is here to destroy, unless we as a nation band together to destroy him first. We will not feed the tyrant. We will not submit to his tyranny. We will not surrender to this demonic dictator. It takes courage to resist tyranny, but make no mistake, the courage to resist Trump is worth it. Trump is only a man, and a very weak one at that.
Trump is powerless without the people, as ultimately the people hold the power. Our primary task is to reverse Trump's fascist power grab and hostile takeover of our government, and to take back the power and get rid of Trump and his MAGA regime. Yesterday Republican David Brooks, in his article in the New York Times, called for all those resisting what he called “a multifront assault to make the earth a playground for ruthless men” to work together. He called for a “comprehensive national civic uprising” that would first stop Trump and then create “a long-term vision of a fairer society that is not just hard on Trump, but hard on the causes of Trumpism — one that offers a positive vision.” Hey, MAGA, listen up — that's a Republican speaking! A shift is underway.
"The test of this country is our ability to say 'NO' to tyranny and arbitrary authority. Solidarity breeds courage," said Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor, at the UC-Berkeley campus yesterday.
Trump's power was weakened yesterday when a federal appeals court rejected and rebuked Trump’s attempt to stop Judge Paula Xinis’s order that it “take all available steps” to bring Abrego Garcia back to the U.S. from El Salvador “as soon as possible.” Conservative Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson, who was appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan, wrote the order, saying, "The government is asserting a right to stash away residents of this country in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process that is the foundation of our constitutional order. If today the Executive [Trump] claims the right to deport without due process and in disregard of court orders, what assurance will there be tomorrow that it will not deport American citizens and then disclaim responsibility to bring them home?” Judge Wilkinson noted the reports that Trump is talking about doing just that.

El Salvador: Trump's newest diversion to hide his incompetence
Trump, the immature man-child, has created yet another "fake" national emergency to get his base to rally around with his hiring of Nayib Bukele, the dictatorial president of El Salvador, as a diversion to hide his inability to lead a nation. Yes, the deportation and detention of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an innocent man, in the CECOT mega-prison in El Salvador is serious news, but let's step back and look at the big picture. This is Trump's latest plan to create a diversion from the real issue: Trump is mentally unfit and completely unqualified to be president.
The American economy is failing under Trump.
Trump's tariffs aren't working. U.S. Customs and Border Protection told CNBC that the department has only collected $500 million under Trump's latest tariffs, while Trump has repeatedly said the United States is taking in $2 billion per day from tariffs. Once again, Trump lied.
But the markets don't lie. More than two months into Trump’s new term, all of the markets are in solidly negative territory, in contrast with market performances during nearly every other administration. The stock market has already lost $9.6 trillion since Inauguration Day — the S&P has fallen more than 15%, Nasdaq is down over 20%, and the Russell 2000 is in a bear market. The dollar has weakened. The economy is heading toward a recession. In short, Trump is utterly incompetent.
Trump thinks what he is doing to Abrego Garcia will play well to his MAGA Maggot base, and those brainwashed, ignorant lemmings are rallying around him. Spineless congressional Republicans are lining up behind Trump, waiting to kiss his fat ass. “This isn’t just failed leadership — it’s a complete abandonment of their duty to protect American citizens,” Rep. August Pfluger, chair of the conservative Republican Study Committee, said in a statement yesterday.
White House press secretary and lying bitch Karoline Leavitt is now even falsely claiming that Abrego Garcia engaged in human trafficking. Trump's deporting innocent men without the benefit of a trial is most certainly human trafficking on Trump's part, and Trump belongs in jail for his actions. Any other American citizen doing the same would already be behind bars.
In the meantime, the world is watching.

Trump has no plan
Noted historian Heather Cox Richardson revealed some interesting facts in her substack today. We will summarize some of them below.
One of Trump's major campaign promises was to bring prices down “on Day One,” but he backpedaled on his lie almost immediately. JPMorgan said this week that Trump’s tariffs mean that he is “on track to deliver one of the largest US tax hikes on record,” taxes that will fall on poorer Americans rather than the wealthy and corporations. Jordon Erb of Bloomberg reported that Maros Sefcovic, the trade chief for the European Union, left yesterday’s trade meeting in Washington unclear about what the U.S. even wants. Erb notes: “The uncertainty around Trump’s chaotic tactics, replete with delays, retreats, new threats and sudden exceptions and trial balloons, hasn’t helped.” Gustaf Kilander of The Independent reported that “fund managers quietly fear Trump doesn’t have a tariff plan and that he ‘might be insane.’” Trump isn't insane. Trump is an evil malignant narcissist who is unfit for office. His approval ratings are dropping steadily, with even Republican pollsters showing him “underwater,” meaning that more people disapprove of Trump's presidency than approve of it.
Trump also promised he would end Russia’s war on Ukraine in one day. Trump lied. If Trump's mouth is moving, he's lying. Last Sunday, the Russians struck the Ukrainian city of Sumy during Palm Sunday celebrations, killing at least 35 people and injuring another 119, including children. European leaders called the attack a war crime, Trump said it was likely a “mistake.” The only mistake is Trump in the White House. The Trump administration refused to support a statement by the Group of Seven (G7), an informal group of seven of the countries with the world’s most advanced economies, condemning the Sumy attack.
Part of Trump’s current fight with the Supreme Court is an attempt to demonstrate dominance as his numbers drop, but institutions, as well as the courts, are standing up to him. On Monday, Harvard University took a stand against Trump and his administration’s demand to regulate the “intellectual and civil rights conditions” at Harvard, including its governance, admissions, programs, and extracurricular activities, in exchange for the continuation of $2.2 billion in multiyear grants and a $60 million contract. Harvard is the country’s oldest university, founded in 1636, and in 2024 Harvard had an endowment of more than $53 billion. In effect, Harvard appropriately told Trump "Fuck you, asshole!" in a way that even someone with his low mental capacity can understand. Harvard is rich and powerful enough to defy Trump’s escalating threats and demands. It will not cower. Trump cannot win this one, but he will probably find some way to lie to his gullible MAGA base about how Harvard has caved in to his demands. Harvard’s lawyers then wrote: “The university will not surrender its independence or relinquish its constitutional rights. Neither Harvard nor any other private university can allow itself to be taken over by the federal government." Harvard then turned its website into a defense of the medical research funded by the federal grants Trump is threatening to withhold. Stanford, Princeton, Cornell and Northwestern are all standing with Harvard. Way to go! Denounce the evil Trump administration!

Send Trump to prison
Trump sent Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the CECOT mega-prison in El Salvador. An administrative error on the Trump administration's part sent this Maryland father to a prison in a foreign country. Garcia maintains a full-time job, is married to a U.S. citizen, has three children, has never been charged or convicted of anything, and is not a member of any gang.
The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that Garcia had been illegally removed from the U.S. and must be returned.
Trump told reporters last week, “If the Supreme Court said bring somebody back, I would do that. I respect the Supreme Court.”
EVERYONE KNOWS THAT TRUMP IS NOTHING BUT A WORTHLESS, BALD-FACED LIAR.
Trump is defying the order of the Supreme Court of the United States. Trump has no moral compass and no respect for the rule of law. This is the action of a defiant dictator.
TRUMP IS THE ONE WHO BELONGS IN PRISON!
This past Monday, Trump and his team of ass-kissers and ass-lickers met in the Oval Office with Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador. Bukele was wearing a lapel pin and livestreaming the event onto his social media account, so Trump’s private, pre-meeting comments were audible in the video Bukele posted, where Trump said to Bukele, “We want to do homegrown criminals next…. The homegrowns. You gotta build about five more places.”
These were the shocking words of the tyrannical pig who occupies the Oval Office in "the people's house." We don't need to defend ourselves against a foreign enemy; we need to defend ourselves against the enemy within — the Trump administration. Pay attention to history — as Nikita Khrushchev, the former Prime Minister of the Soviet Union, said in 1956: “We will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the U.S. We will destroy you from within.” We are seeing it happen in real time, before our very eyes.

Frauds who call themselves Christians
We agree 100% with John Pavlovitz's feelings in his substack this past Friday, portions of which are copied below.
As we started to ask more questions and became more outspoken against the approaching marriage of Church and State that we were witnessing, we experienced a massive personal exodus. So-called Christian "friends" ghosted us for not being part of Trump's MAGA cult into which they are unquestionably brainwashed.
Over the last year and a half or so, we've watched most of these same people move lock-step with this joyless, loveless, godless, mentally deficient president and betray nearly everything about the life and ministry of Jesus they professed to live their lives for.
They've said they love their neighbor as themselves but have gone all-in with Trump's ICE raids, illegal deportations, bathroom bills, and healthcare repeals. They've preached about "God so loving the world" and yet have passionately opposed globalization and declared "America First" and "Make America Great Again." They have sworn devotion to a Jesus who healed and fed and welcomed — while they simultaneously persecuted the sick, the hungry, the elderly, the foreigner, the outcasts, and the hurting by supporting Trump's positions instead of following Jesus' words in Matthew 25:35-36. They have become white nationalists in the name of Jesus. It has been tragic, but clearly illuminating.
We've watched many of these so-called professed Christians for whom our progressive faith expression was problematic, witness the horrors erupting throughout this nation and say absolutely nothing. They have been mute and motionless while all hell has broken loose — and we've noticed. However, in personal conversation they are quick to condemn anyone who doesn't parrot the MAGA line that they've memorized.
We're reminded of Jesus' words that whatever we do to the "least of these" (those disregarded and vulnerable and helpless), we do to him. We look at the people who severed ties with us and we realize how glad we are to be where we are and not where they are.
Our disconnection from them has been worth it because it's given us an empathy that for whatever reason now eludes them. It has given us a clear voice where they now have moral laryngitis and paralysis. Their rejection has pushed us to a more expansive space, to a much larger table. Moving away from their religion, we've found closer proximity to Jesus. We're grateful that we are in a different place in our spiritual journey.
We'll gladly take our place outside of their approval and alongside children being brutalized and the weary seeking refuge. We'll gratefully accept their sentence of damnation in the afterlife if it means we live this life giving a shit about more than whiteness and MAGA. We'll make our home here with the rest of the heretics, apostates, backsliders, and sinners — and with a Jesus they no longer have any interest in.
It is interesting to note that the church we left publicly preaches tolerance and acceptance and forgiveness on one side, while it also quietly supports the socially and politically conservative Christian right movement of Trump's politics on the other side. It's a fraud.

Trump is a menace and a pathetic loser!
Psychologist Mary Trump, Donnie Dum Dum's niece, said on her substack article titled "A Total Fucking Loser" that her uncle "is a menace because he is at the end of the day so profoundly stupid, weak, and degraded. We are being led by an ignorant, viciously stupid madman."
So tell us something we didn't already know, Mary.
Mary continued, saying, "People have been suffering. Our trade alliances have frayed perhaps the point of repair. Global trade has been rocked in ways that will reverberate for a very long time. Essential products are more expensive. Inflation is on the rise. America’s reputation has been set on fire. Due to the almost unthinkable amount of chaos and uncertainty Donald has injected into the system, people panicked into making financial decisions that will likely harm, at least in the short-term. The harm has been done. Something is very, very wrong here. The president of the United States is almost certainly breaking the law to enrich himself and those in his inner circle, and he’s doing it illegally. While he and a handful of already obscenely wealthy people benefit, he’s playing Russian roulette with the financial stability of the American people."
Mary said, "He never changes course because changing course means having to admit he’s wrong, which he is constitutionally incapable of doing. The only explanation here is there was some ulterior motive, which I do not believe originated with Donald who knows nothing about trade negotiations, trade imbalances, the global economy, or macroeconomics. He doubled and quadrupled down on his tariffs because he only understands dominance and his need for dominance is a way for him to compensate for his being such a weak, pathetic loser."
Here is an excerpt from the extraordinary 2018 New York Times investigative piece on Trump by Russ Buettner and Susanne Craig explaining how this all worked: "During the 1980s, Trump became notorious for leaking word that he was taking positions in stocks, hinting of a possible takeover, and then either selling on the run-up or trying to extract lucrative concessions from the target company to make him go away. It was a form of stock manipulation with an unsavory label: greenmailing. The Times unearthed evidence that Donald enlisted his father Fred as his greenmailing wingman. On January 26, 1989, Fred bought 8,600 shares of Time Inc. for $934,854. His tax returns show that seven days later, Dan Dorfman, a financial columnist known to be chatty with Donald Trump, broke the news that the younger Trump had taken a sizable stake in Time, and sure enough, Time shares jumped, allowing Fred to make a $41,614 profit in two weeks, which was a lot of money in 1989."
Mary finished her article saying, "Donald is an idiot, but he was taught at my grandfather's knee and corruption is second nature to him. He may be completely bereft of common sense let alone expertise when it comes to finances, but he is a crook. He is corrupt to the core, and when presented with opportunities like this he will always do the worst thing because he is Donald Trump."

It's time to tie his hands and shut his mouth
Contrary to MAGA's fake facts, the majority of Americans did not vote for this failed game show host.
Only 64% of those eligible to vote actually voted, and just under half of that 64% voted for him. Let's work out those percentages with real-life numbers for the stupid MAGA Maggots out there. If only 64 people out of a possible 100 actually voted, that's 64% (64/100=0.64, or 64%). If just under half of those 64 people voted for him, that's 31 (64x50%=32; if 32 is half of 64, then just under half would be 31). So that means that only 31 out of a possible 100 eligible voters voted for him, or 31% (31/100=0.31). Trump got only 31% of the votes of the eligible voters; not the majority as his lying MAGA cult would like everyone to believe.
Sorry to disappoint you, MAGA Maggots, but thirty-one percent is not a majority. The majority of Americans did not vote for him. The majority of Americans do not agree with his idiotic policies. The majority of Americans did not vote for the destruction of American democracy. It's time for Congress to tie his hands, shut his lying mouth, and permanently get rid of him.
Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution states: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
If he can send legal citizens with no criminal record, no formal charges, and no trial to foreign prisons, then Americans can most certainly get rid of this traitor to the Constitution.

Of note, since inauguration day, Trump has lost 29 points among voters aged 18-29, 14 points among 30-44, and 8 points among 65+. Overall, Trump has a 41 percent approval and 53 percent disapproval rating as of this week. Trump would be nothing if he wasn't a LOSER.

Trump is the national tragedy!
John Pavlovitz, longtime pastor, author, speaker, activist and storyteller, wrote the most articulate article we've ever read about MAGA followers. We will reprint it in its entirety below so even more people can hear it and understand those in Trump's MAGA cult. Some of people's responses are printed at the bottom of Pavlovitz's article.
This week, I was talking with a Trump supporter who claims to be Christian, and I brought up the inhumanity of indiscriminate I.C.E. abductions, baseless mass deportations, and unrepentant abuse of immigrants. He dodged it all by reiterating a recurring MAGA theme guiding his continued support: Providence.
"This is God's doing," he said very matter-of-factly. "Trump has been chosen by God."
Well, he was half right anyway.
He has been chosen by someone—and it's a national tragedy.
As I think about the people I know who have tethered themselves to this President, many professing a faith in Jesus, I can see that they have made a decisive, precise, and unmistakable choice; one that has terribly altered two histories; both the nation's and their own.
They have chosen to trade the compassion and empathy of Jesus, for Trump's callousness and contempt.
They have chosen to jettison Christ's love for the poor, the marginalized, and the outsiders in order to fortify the gated community of their privilege.
They have chosen to abandon any sense of truthfulness, in favor of the most convenient lie available that ratifies their desired narrative about those they harbor prejudice for.
They have chosen to discard all sense of empathy and kindness and ignore every imaginable bit of moral infection to retain a partisan political foothold.
And yet as sickening as that all is, their other choices are closer and more insidious than that.
They've chosen Trump over children and parents and lifelong friends; preferring to align themselves with this President than to stay in relationship with those they've spent their lives in the closest of proximity with.
They've chosen him over LGBTQ family members, friends, and co-workers, whose lives are in direct threat by the religious extremism of this President's Administration.
They've chosen him over their daughters and sisters and wives, deciding instead to further nurture a climate that is hostile to and dismissive of women's voices.
They've chosen him over the diverse community they are immersed in; the disparate group of beautiful people they walk past and work with and live around and worship alongside —people who are under extreme duress because of his targeted and relentless cruelty.
They've chosen him over their co-workers and neighbors, who now feel uneasy in their presence, because of the hostility they've revealed — toward immigrants and refugees and people who weren't born here.
Ultimately, the saddest reality of the many uncovered in these days is that they have chosen him at all; that a man this devoid of nobility and decency and character — has become the hill that once decent, rational, faithful people suddenly deem worth dying on.
Of every person on the planet, they have chosen to stand with and rally around and boast about and declare solidarity with a man who is almost mortally allergic to honesty and benevolence.
Someone who would have been abhorrent to them in the past has seemingly become their infallible messiah.
And in this way, I suppose my friend is right: Donald Trump is divinity of sorts.
He is the snarling, sneering, spitting deity for fearful, angry people who finally have a god in their own image in whom they trust; one they can worship and bow down to and give their lives for.
The greatest tragedy is not merely that Trump is chosen, it’s what we know about the choosers.
We now know how close and prevalent the bitterness is. We know how afflicted our nation still is with hatred for difference. We know how pervasive misogyny and racism are in American Evangelicalism. We know how many white people live with disdain for those outside their tribe.
And most of all, we know how hard it is going to be to craft an America where equality, diversity, and justice are the rule.
But we will do this work.
This is the choice we are making.
At the time of this posting, there were nearly 100 citizen responses to Pavlovitz's posting, including the following:
- Does God put out a news bulletin that I've missed? How do they know that God chose the most corrupt and sociopathic piece of pond scum?
- As someone once put it, "You know you have made God in your own image when God hates all the same people you hate."

He was talking about religious people whose hearts are evil, those who neglected the poor and the naked and the hungry and the widow and the oppressed and the immigrant. Sounds like Trump's cult to me...
- Remember the saying about how the devil's greatest accomplishment is convincing people that evil does not exist? I firmly believe the Orange Man and his cabal have sold their souls to the devil.
- Trump and the people surrounding him represent all that is evil in human consciousness. They forget that Jesus his teachings could be summed up in the words "Love one another." They are suffering from mass brain washing thanks to a concerted effort over the last 50 years by the evangelical "christian" right. Hate transformed into mass blindness.
- I think that 47 has no religion and that he has an untreatable personality disorder. Unfortunately he’s been given the power to cause great harm. He has to be stopped politically.
- Trump is the Golden Calf that the anxious ignorant have elected to worship.
- There is a widely diverse group called "The Nones." They are folks who have made a decision not to affiliate with any religion. They can smell other folks' malarky and poppycock a mile away. They can detect the hypocrisy of humans in a heartbeat. They know the difference between someone urinating on someone's leg and when it is actually raining. That is why folks are leaving churches and not affiliating. So for all those professed Christians who adore our 47th president — I forgive you for you do not know what you do. Amen.

The mind of a mentally deficient dictator
When you're mentally substandard and deficient, as Trump is, sound reasoning and basic logic don't apply.
Over the weekend, Wall Street billionaires tried desperately and unsuccessfully to change Trump’s mind on tariffs. The billionaires have begun to go public, calling out what they call the “stupidity” of Trump's new measures. "Stupidity is a more dangerous enemy of the good than malice; against stupidity we are defenseless," said Dietrich Bonhoeffer in the 1930's. Even Trump's favorite lapdog, Elon Musk, was among those who tried over the weekend to get Trump to end his new tariffs. Everyone except Trump seems to understand from Economics 101 that tariffs are only a tax on the working-class people. Too bad Trump didn't pay attention in grammar school, high school, or college. The actions of one small and stupid man could possibly plunge our country into a recession. This is not what Americans voted for.
Elizabeth Goitein and Katherine Yon Ebright of the Brennan Center, two of the country’s leading experts on emergency powers, wrote: "Trump used emergency powers to set these tariffs. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act grants presidents special authorities if a national emergency has been declared. Trump’s proclamation that the decades-old U.S. trade deficit constitutes an emergency — by definition, something sudden and unforeseen — is particularly brazen. The trade deficit may or may not be a problem, but it’s simply not an emergency. Trump’s deployment of this law is extraordinary for a second reason: it doesn’t include a tariff power. Yet Trump has slapped tariffs on more than 180 trading partners under the law, including the uninhabited Heard Island and McDonald Islands."
Remember, House and Senate members, in less than two years, we citizens go back to the polls. The editors of the right-wing National Review wrote: Republicans should remember that in less than two years, they “will be judged in large part on whether the president who shares their brand has done a good job. No free man wants to be at the mercy of a king.” We also don't want spineless lemmings representing us. Even Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) told the Senate: “I don’t care if the president is a Republican or a Democrat. I don’t want to live under emergency rule. I don’t want to live where my representatives cannot speak for me and have a check and balance on power.”
It's time for Congress to use its real power, namely the 25th Amendment, to finally remove Trump from office. Trump is mentally deficient and unfit for office!

7 GOP Senators want to limit Trump's ability to impose tariffs
Even Trump's ass-kissing loyalists have had enough of Trump. Yesterday seven Republican senators signed onto a bill that would limit Trump’s ability to impose tariffs. Those seven GOP senators are Susan Collins (ME), Chuck Grassley (IA), Mitch McConnell (KY), Jerry Moran (KS), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Thom Tillis (NC), and Todd Young (IN). The U.S. Constitution gives the power to levy tariffs to Congress, not the president. The bipartisan bill, sponsored by Democratic Sen. Maria Cantwell of Washington and Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, would make tariffs imposed by Trump — or any future president — disappear after 60 days if not approved by Congress. Trump has threatened to veto any such legislation, but he will not need to if Senate majority leader John Thune (R-SD) and House speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), two of Trump's lemmings, refuse to bring the measure to a vote. Jordain Carney and Meredith Lee Hill of Politico report that while Republicans express concern about the tariffs in private, leaders will stand with Trump because they must have the votes of MAGA lawmakers to pass any of their legislative agenda through Congress, and to get that they will need Trump’s support. Collective collusion, we say! Others are worried about incurring Trump’s wrath and, with it, a primary challenger for their own upcoming re-elections. The voters of America need to know who these cowardice MAGA lemmings are so we can vote them out of office!
Trump declared a fake emergency, and it is on that ground that he has upended more than 90 years of global economic policy. The real emergency is that America needs to get rid of the mentally unfit asshole in the Oval Office — the wannabe dictator in a country that is based on democracy, not dictatorial rule.
Yesterday the European Commission announced 25% counter-tariffs in retaliation for Trump’s tariffs.

Another Real-Life Example of MAGA Stupidity
We contend that those in Trump's MAGA cult are brainwashed and stupid, and here's a real-life example to prove our point.
A second child has now died of measles in West Texas, and as of yesterday morning, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK), who has a history of opposing vaccines, had continued to call vaccines a personal decision. Although RFK is not a doctor, he pushed the idea that ingesting Vitamin A helps patients recover from measles. Since his suggestion, a hospital in Texas says it is now treating children whose bodies have toxic levels of Vitamin A.
Misinformed MAGA Maggots are so brainwashed and stupid that they're actually giving their own children toxic doses of Vitamin A as a result of this incompetent bastard's advice. RFK is just one example of the many unqualified assholes Trump has recruited for his failing administration.
Don't forget that it was Trump, the MAGA cult leader, who actually suggested injecting disinfectant to counteract COVID! The Vindictive PIG is crashing the stock market on purpose
The vindictive PIG in the Oval Office wants the world beholden to him. One of the ways he's doing that is to crash the stock market on purpose. This past Friday, MarketWatch reported that the U.S. stock market has seen $9.6 TRILLION in value erased since Inauguration Day, with $5 TRILLION of that being erased in just the last two trading days because of the incompetence of Donnie Dum Dum and his senseless tariffs.
The economy finished 2024 under the Democrats with solid growth, but there are serious questions about its direction going forward under Trump's mayhem and his inexperienced and incompetent MAGA loyalists. Through President Biden’s four-year term, the S&P 500 gained 57.85%. Under Trump's incompetent leadership, it's already down by more than 17% since February, and it's continuing to drop. The Dow is down over 10% since Inauguration Day. Nasdaq has fallen more than 20%. All of the markets are in solid negative territory under Trump's utter incompetence, and now a recession is looming.
The markets have rejected Trump’s massive tariff regime, some of which went into effect early Saturday morning and even larger tariffs are set to launch on Wednesday morning. Trump opened his mouth to reporters aboard Air Force One Sunday evening, meaning he lied, saying that he didn’t intentionally crash markets. We'll say it again: Trump lied! JPMorgan analysts said last week that the tariffs would hike taxes on Americans by $660 billion a year — the largest tax increase (by a longshot) in recent memory. It will cause prices to surge, too, adding 2% to the Consumer Price Index, a measure of US inflation. All of this makes the working class poorer and even more dependent on Trump and the social programs he now controls — exactly what he wants.
“Last week’s brutal selling pressure is set to continue on Monday, as the market is telling us that investors still lack clarity on the implications of tariffs, tariff retaliation and are worried that economic growth is likely to slow to a complete stall or recession,” said James Demmert, chief investment officer at Main Street Research.
On Wednesday, Trump will impose significantly higher “reciprocal” tariffs on nearly 90 countries. More tariffs could be on their way, too: Tariffs on auto parts are set to go into effect no later than May 3. And Trump has also threatened tariffs on lumber, pharmaceuticals, copper and microchips, among other products.
Trump has long fashioned himself as a "deal maker," but running a government isn't about a "deal." Trump's idea of a good deal is one that's good for him, but bad for everyone else.
We need to be rid of Trump, sooner rather than later.

Millions protest against Trump
Millions of American citizens turned out at nationwide demonstrations against the Trump regime all across America yesterday, demanding that Trump and Musk keep their hands off everything we value, and sending them a simple message that even they can understand: Fuck you!
Did Donnie care? Hardly. Instead of attending the “dignified transfer” when the bodies of our four fallen American heroes killed in Lithuania were returned to the United States, Trump found it more important to surround himself with his sycophants and ass-kissing lemmings and schmooze with the wealthy at a golf tournament in Florida that was backed by a $1.5 billion investment from his pals in Saudi Arabia. But the Republican members of the Senate, the House, and every state and local office across America certainly noticed!
Political commentator Charlie Sykes said that Trump's regime "is a dumpster fire of hubris, incompetence, delusion, recklessness, and political malpractice." The forces of misogyny, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, narcissism, and Trumpism (which is a combination of all these) are powerful. They have been building for years. We cannot expect to easily triumph over them, but we will. The power is in the people, not in Trump. We know it, and our elected officials, many of whom are now cowering in fear and hiding from us, know it. Those officials know that they have much more to fear from us in the voting booth than they do from Trump. Yesterday's rallies across America were inspirational, but the fact is that they weren't the same as actual votes, and they don't save democracies. The real question is where would we be right now if every one of these people would have showed up at the polls back in November to tip the scales overwhelmingly in favor of the Democrats? Rallies won't oust dictators, but votes will.

FACT: Unhinged Trump is the most incompetent president in all of American history! Brainwashed MAGA Maggots in Trump's cult will argue otherwise, but their opinion doesn't matter, as the facts don't lie.
FACT: Trump is the most incessant LIAR to have ever held office. According to Canada's Hill Times, Trump has already told 30,573 lies during his previous four years in office. His psychopathic lying relegated facts to the outer limits of irrelevance. Absolutely nothing that Trump says can be believed. If his lips are moving, he's lying.
FACT: Trump has no platform and no agenda — he doesn't have the brains to formalize his own plan. He is only out for revenge and retaliation, and to destroy everything and everyone is his path along the way by following the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025. He is crashing the stock market on purpose. During trading yesterday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 2,231 points, or 5.5%, on top of the 1,679 points it fell the day before. The S&P 500 fell 5.97% following the 4.84% it lost the day before.The Nasdaq Composite dropped a further 5.8% after a drop of nearly 6% the day before. In the last two days, the stock market lost $6.6 trillion in value because of the incompetence of Trump. Yesterday, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said that Trump’s tariffs are “highly likely” to increase inflation and risk throwing people out of work. Economists at JPMorgan now place the odds of global recession at 60% unless the tariffs are ended. This definitively proves Trump's incompetence.
FACT: Trump has been warned by America's leading economists that his tariffs will not work, are only a tax on working-class Americans, and can lead to a recession. Trump's tariffs are even broader than the tariffs of 1930 that historians said worsened the Great Depression. Legendary investor Warren Buffet called tariffs “an act of war, to some degree.” Trump is “at the peak of just not giving a f*ck anymore,” a White House official told The Washington Post for a lengthy report on what went on behind the scenes leading up to Trump’s massive tariff announcement.
FACT: Trump is mentally unfit for any office in the land. He is a malignant narcissist. Malignant narcissists have not only the self-absorption of someone with narcissistic personality disorder, but they also have a lack of empathy and a willingness to cause harm if it means they achieve their goal. Controlling others is their ultimate desired result. There is no known cure for malignant narcissism.
FACT: Trump should be impeached for his traitorous actions against America, tried, found guilty, and then, according to Section 18 U.S. Code § 2381, he should either be executed or imprisoned.

Trump, the neo-Nazi dictator and domestic terrorist, has both a case of malignant narcissism and malignant stupidity, and both are hopelessly incurable.
Trump will die as a malignant narcissist, and while ugliness is only skin deep, stupidity goes all the way to the bone. There is no hope for this neo-Nazi fascist. This week Trump imposed his tariffs on all imports to the United States, with higher rates on about 60 countries he claims engage in unfair trade practices. Trump is so incredibly stupid that those tariffs include an uninhabited island, a military base and a desolate former whaling station, but not surprisingly Trump's tariffs don't include Russia or North Korea, the home countries of the dictators Trump adores. Trump justified his tariffs by declaring that the U.S. is in the midst of a national emergency (which it's not), but yesterday afternoon he left the White House for a long weekend in Florida, where his private Doral resort outside of Miami is holding the first domestic golf tournament of the season of LIV Golf, which is financed by the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia. If the U.S. is in the midst of a national emergency, how does its president have time to host a weekend golf tournament? There's no national emergency; it's more of Trump's fabricated bullshit. The only real emergency is America's need to get Trump out of the Oval Office ASAP. Let's reiterate: Trump is malignantly stupid. In the entire history of the United States, no one has ever seen any official as stupid as Trump. Trump's tariffs will smooth the way for him to be booted out of office — in 2028 or hopefully sooner.
Trump's understanding of economics is tantamount to a student who hasn’t done the reading and who is trying to bullshit his way through an exam. Trump doesn't read, unless maybe it's comic books, and he certainly doesn't understand how to govern. Trump is a hopeless failure. As Nobel laureate Paul Krugman so eloquently stated, "Trump isn’t really trying to accomplish economic goals. This should all be seen as a dominance display, intended to shock and awe people and make them grovel." Ignorant irresponsibility is part of Trump's message.
Trump's tariffs are a disaster, and his policy process is even worse. Yesterday, the stock market plunged straight down. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 1,679 points, falling about 4%, its biggest fall since the coronavirus pandemic took hold in 2020 — another Trump faux pas. The S&P 500 fell 274 points, or 4.8%. The Nasdaq Composite fell more than 1,050 points, or almost 6%. The losses wiped out about $2 trillion.
Trump must be ousted in order to save democracy.

Tariff Tyrant Trump Tries To Talk Tough
Noted historian Heather Cox Richardson reported in her substack that before Trump took office The Economist ran a special report on America’s economy. That economy was, the magazine said, “the envy of the world.” However, since Trump, who is UNFIT for office, has been in office the stock market has plummeted. Against the advice of the brightest economists in our nation, Trump erroneously thinks the solution to America's economic problems lies in his slapping tariffs on imports. Trump is ignorant, delusional, mentally unstable, and in serious cognitive decline. He's twiddling his thumbs and talking tough, hoping against hope that something — anything — will solve what he personally sees as a trade crisis.
Yesterday, stock market futures plummeted after the Tariff Tyrant announced that he will impose a 10% tariff on all imports to the United States, with higher rates on about 60 countries he claims engage in unfair trade practices, including China, Japan, Vietnam, and South Korea, as well as the European Union. Trump claims he is imposing “reciprocal tariffs.” Trump lied again! This is more of his pure bullshit. Economist Paul Krugman points out that the European Union places tariffs of less than 3% on average on U.S. goods, while Trump incorrectly maintained its tariffs are 39%. Of particular note is that Trump imposed tariffs on Australia’s remote Heard and McDonald Islands, which are uninhabited except by wildlife like seals and penguins, but the vindictive fascist did not put tariffs on Russia.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures lost more than 1,000 points upon the news, falling by 2.5%; the S&P 500 dropped 3.6%. Consumer confidence hit a twelve year low.
“The Trump Tariff Tax is the largest peacetime tax hike in U.S. history,” posted former vice president Mike Pence.
Economist Brad Setser of the Council on Foreign Relations said, “In the short run, the effect is probably a recession.”
We know Trump is not mentally capable of reading anything but pictured comic books, but we'll spell it out for him again for the drill: Tariffs are nothing but taxes on working class American citizens. Tariffs are not going to solve America's economic problems, but making the wealthy pay its fair share in taxes certainly will.

The worst president in American history
Trump is indisputably the worst president in American history — a worthless maggot. His presidency is by far the worst in American history — far surpassing James Buchanan’s, Andrew Johnson’s, Warren G. Harding’s, and even Trump’s first term in terms of cruelty, corruption, vengefulness, and incompetence. It has the least qualified people working in it and the worst Cabinet ever assembled. Trump's MAGA regime is filled with worthless bottom-feeders, incompetent frauds, extremist fanatics, and nepotistic fools. Trump's cult is filled with ass-kissers whose actions are controlled by fear. It's a typical cult method well documented in the book, The Cult of Trump, by Dr. Steven Hassan, an American mental health professional and author who specializes in the area of cults.
Trump said he wanted to be a dictator on Day One. But dictatorships are mad power trains that very quickly go spinning off the rails. They rarely last. In dictatorships, the leader and his "companions" usually turn to devour each other. We're anxiously looking forward to that wonderful day.

DEMOCRATIC judge wins the Wisconsin Supreme Court seat!
Democrat Susan Crawford, a judge in Dane County, Wisconsin, won a seat on the state’s Supreme Court last night, fending off $20 million in spending from Elon Musk, the worthless right-wing billionaire. This Supreme Court race was the most important election since Trump took office.
Crawford led her Republican opponent by roughly 11 percentage points, 55% to 45%, with roughly two-thirds of the vote in at the time of this posting. Turnout was sky-high in the race. Crawford’s victory means liberals will retain a 4-3 advantage on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which should give them an edge both to protect abortion rights and potentially to strike down the state’s gerrymandered congressional map, allowing liberals to create two more Democratic-leaning or swing seats, which could play a major role in helping Democrats gain House seats in the 2026 midterms.
Musk spent millions of dollars of his own money on the race, portraying it as a way to advance Trump’s agenda. Musk spent his money not just on advertising, but by illegally bribing voters. Much of that cash went to convincing low-propensity MAGA Maggot voters to turn out, a strategy Musk used during the 2024 presidential election. Musk's strategy didn't work. He bet big and he lost. Voters rejected the Musk-endorsed candidate by a landslide, weakening Musk’s reputation as a kingmaker in American politics. Musk's bribing people for their vote shows a deep distrust of democracy, assuming the best way to shape it is by paying voters rather than by the power of ideas.
A vote for Democratic Judge Susan Crawford was a vote for democracy! Congratulations to the Wisconsin voters who spoke loud and clear through their votes!

Longest Filibuster in American History!
Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.), an articulate, rising star in the Democratic party, held the Senate floor for more than 25 hours in the longest filibuster in American history that exposed vindictive Trump, evil-intentioned Musk, the incompetent DOGE team, and the worthless MAGA cult for the traitors to America that they are! Booker was armed with 1,164 pages of material exposing the traitorous actions of Trump. It was a spectacle to behold that resulted in a standing ovation from the legislators in the Senate. Booker's twenty-five hour and six minute filibuster surpassed the late Republican Senator Strom Thurmond’s 1957 filibuster against civil rights.
“In just 71 days, the president of the United States has inflicted so much harm on Americans’ safety, financial stability, the core foundations of our democracy,” Booker said. “These are not normal times in America. And they should not be treated as such in the United States Senate.”
Tens of thousands of viewers watched Booker live on social media platforms, proving that Booker had managed to harness the frustration Democrats have felt in the aftermath of the Republican’s electoral victories last year — and in the wake of the tumultuous first months of the second term of Trump, the vengeful traitor.
