Trump = same as Hitler
Those adopting Trump's "retarded right" MAGA agenda are opposing all immigration and relying on Trump’s promise to deport 11 to 20 million immigrants. These MAGAs on the fringe right want the government to expel immigrants and elevate white evangelical Christian men — a tactic not unlike Hitler's approach to cleansing his nation of the Jews. These MAGAs are a backwards-thinking, or more accurately, a non-thinking minority of racist losers.
Deporting 20 million people is like deporting every person in the entire state of New York. Trump is a lunatic.
And now there is a civil war brewing within the MAGA movement. On one side are Trump's original, ignorant MAGAs, and on the other side are neo-Nazi Elon Musk's "DOGE" MAGAs (DOGE = Department of Government Efficiency — Trump's new non-department). Trump's MAGAs want to deport all immigrants and impose white evangelical Christianity on the nation. Musk's MAGAs disdain the original MAGA culture and want the government to turn the tech billionaires loose from regulations and taxes to create their own global oligarchy.
The fight has taken shape over H-1B visas that allow companies to hire foreign workers for skilled positions. Trump's MAGA opposes all immigration, and Musk's MAGA wants more H-1B visas, arguing that America is not producing enough skilled engineers because of the misguided culture that Americans like Trump's MAGAs embrace.
Trump puppet Steve Bannon, addressing Musk, wrote, “We’re gonna get H-1B visas out, root and stem, and all the workers you brought in. Just like we’re deporting 15 million here, we want them deported, out…. And give those jobs to American citizens today…we demand they get reparations. You stole from them.”
Josh Marshall of Talking Points Memo said that Trump is “tired and on the way out,” and he never really cared about policy anyway: he ran for president for the purpose of staying out of jail and “lording it over his foes.” Marshall said this is less a civil war than “a battle over the steering wheel.”
This past weekend, in an interview with the New York Post, Trump caved in, threw his MAGA supporters under the bus again, and sided with Musk and pharmaceutical entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy on H-1B visas. Trump knows where his bread is buttered. He will always follow the money. He cares nothing about America and Americans.

Put the Sexual Abuser in prison where he belongs!
Politico reported that yesterday a federal appeals court has upheld a jury’s $5 million civil verdict against Trump for sexual abuse and defamation claims brought by the writer E. Jean Carroll.
“The jury could reasonably infer … that Mr. Trump engaged in similar conduct with other women — a pattern of abrupt, nonconsensual, and physical advances on women he barely knew,” the panel wrote in a 77-page opinion.
Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s and sued him for civil damages. In May 2023, a federal jury did not find Trump liable for rape but found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation, and it ordered Trump to pay Carroll $5 million. A separate jury of his peers earlier this year ordered Trump to pay Carroll $83.3 million for a different defamation claim. Trump is appealing that verdict as well.
It's past due time to put Trump in prison where he belongs.

President Jimmy Carter died at age 100
Esteemed President Jimmy Carter, a moderate Democrat who was one of the greatest peacemakers of all time, died today at age 100.
Jimmy Carter was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002 "for his decades of untiring effort to find peaceful solutions to international conflicts, to advance democracy and human rights, and to promote economic and social development."
World leaders praised President Carter's legacy.
President Biden cited Carter’s compassion and moral clarity, his work to eradicate disease, forge peace, advance civil and human rights, promote free and fair elections, house the homeless and advocate for the disadvantaged as examples for others.
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said, “Above all, he was a lover of democracy and a defender of peace,” noting Carter’s work with Brazil to mediate conflicts in Venezuela and to help Haiti, as well as Carter’s criticism of “unilateral military acts by superpowers.
French President Emmanuel Macron said, “Throughout his life, Jimmy Carter has been a steadfast advocate for the rights of the most vulnerable and has tirelessly fought for peace.”
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, “Jimmy Carter’s legacy is one of compassion, kindness, empathy, and hard work. He was always thoughtful and generous with his advice to me.”
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said, “Jimmy Carter’s legacy is best measured in lives changed, saved and uplifted.”
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer noted the special contribution President Carter made by brokering the Camp David Accords between Israel and Egypt and through his work with the Carter Center.

President Carter began by trying to make the government more representative of the American people, his domestic policy advisor Stuart Eizenstat said, recalling that Carter appointed more women, Black Americans, and Jewish Americans to official positions and judgeships “than all 38 of his predecessors combined.” Carter believed an elected president should “park politics at the Oval Office door” and try to win election by doing the right thing.
Responding to a question about what lessons Trump can take away from Carter, Biden said ‘decency’ and praised Carter’s character. "Decency. Decency. Decency. Everybody deserves a shot. Everybody,” Biden said. “Can you imagine Jimmy Carter walking by someone who needs something and just keeps walking? Can you imagine Jimmy Carter referring to someone by the way they look or the way they talk?"
Trump, on the other hand, is only known for launching personal attacks on his opponents and perceived foes, criticizing their looks and other personal traits, and for prepubescent name-calling.

Remembering Wounded Knee
On this day in 1890 the Wounded Knee massacre took place on the Lakota Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota as more than 250 Lakota people were killed by U.S. Army soldiers in a failed attempt to disarm the Lakota camp.
In the early afternoon of December 28th, the day before the massacre, Lakota leader Sitanka had asked his people to surrender unconditionally to the soldiers looking for them, and the Lakota's did surrender. The night before the massacre, in the cold and dark of a South Dakota December night, the soldiers were drinking, singing, and visiting with each other while guarding their camp, including the Lakota's who surrendered. The Seventh Cavalry, whose men had not forgotten that their former leader George Armstrong Custer had been killed by a band of Lakota in 1876, then came with three mountain guns, which the soldiers trained on the Indian encampment from a slight rise above the camp. The Lakotas were frightened. Troops fired a volley that brought down half of the Lakota men and boys the soldiers had captured the night before, as well as a number of soldiers who were surrounding the Lakotas. Over a period of two hours, troops on horseback hunted down and slaughtered all the Lakotas they could find: about 250 men, women, and children.
History now proves that it all could have been prevented, but somehow we fail to learn the valuable lessons that history provides.
In February of 1973, American Indian Movement activists began the occupation of Wounded Knee. Over the course of the 71-day occupation, Indigenous activists and allies – including a delegation of Asian Americans – traveled from across the country to join them in solidarity. At the heart of their protest was opposition to relentless encroachments by the US government on tribal sovereignty, decades of broken treaties, and opposition to the reservation system as a whole. These activists were met with FBI infiltration and an outsized response by US government operatives and Pine Ridge paramilitary forces with automatic weapons and armored vehicles.
Government infringement didn’t start or end at Wounded Knee — solidarity against such government infringement is needed just as much now as it was back then as Trump recently announced his intent to use American military troops against American citizens.

Civil War between right-wing MAGA Maggot factions?
That's right. Axios reported that a virtual right-wing civil war has broken out over race, class, immigration and the future of Trump's movement, and Elon Musk is increasingly at odds with Trump's historic base.
On the one side are the traditional MAGAs, who tend to be white, anti-immigrant, and less educated than the rest of the U.S. They believe that the modern government’s protection of equal rights for women and minorities has ruined America, and they tend to want to isolate the U.S. from the rest of the world. Traditional MAGA wants to get rid of the government that protects equality and replace it with one that enforces white male supremacy and Christianity. They make up Trump’s incredibly ignorant voting base.
On the other side are the new MAGAs who appear to have taken control of the incoming Trump administration. Led by Elon Musk, the Afrikaner immigrant who bankrolled Trump’s campaign, the new MAGA wing is made up of billionaires, especially tech entrepreneurs, many of whom are themselves immigrants. New MAGA—which some have started to call DOGE, after the Department of Government Efficiency run by Musk and pharmaceutical entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy—wants to get rid of the government that regulates business, especially technology, and protects American interests against competition from countries like China. Musk, referring to the traditional MAGAs, said, "those contemptible fools must be removed from the Republican Party, root and stem."
Make no mistake — both sides of MAGA want to destroy the current U.S. government. This isn't good vs. evil. This is "one evil" vs. "another evil." Even fascist and right-wing activist Laura Loomer, Trump's sidekick who wants to close the borders, said, "The Trump base is being replaced by Big Tech executives. So sad to see this. I feel so sad for MAGA."
Trump's fragile coalition is splintering even before he takes office and his "shit show" begins. The schism may force Trump to ultimately take sides between the largely white, working-class supporters who first made MAGA succeed, and the techno-libertarian billionaires like Musk who unfit Trump himself appointed at the center of his new administration. For now the fight is mostly confined to X. But it's sure to raise difficult questions in the coming days about what Trump's administration will mean for immigration, labor and the American worker. It will also potentially settle a looming conflict over who has the most influence in Trump's new administration — his historic base or his new-found techno-libertarian allies. As of this writing, Trump appears to side with Musk. Duh! Any doubt that Trump, America's #1 grifter and snake oil salesman, wouldn't side with where the money is? Remember, Trump is a money whore.
Well, unlike Laura Loomer, we don't feel sad for any of these MAGA traitors to America. As far as we're concerned, let both sides of MAGA go out and kill each other. America would then be a better place for the real Americans who believe in and uphold the Constitution of the United States.

Are Trump supporters as dumb as they look?
YES, they are!
Amanda Marcotte, senior writer at Salon, articulated it better than we've ever heard, and so we'll summarize her thoughts in this posting.
Trump is a relentless liar with 34 felony convictions and a previous attempted coup under his belt. He's filed for bankruptcy six times, is on his third marriage, and is a known sexual abuser and draft dodger. Yet ignorant people continue to follow him.
Trump's MAGA Maggots (a.k.a. supporters) are profoundly opposed to even the most basic factual information. They have a pathological aversion to reality, compulsively reacting to anything truth-shaped with hostility, and running as hard as they can toward disinformation. They are addicted to Trump's bullshit and are allergic to real facts. “The ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the convinced Communist,” wrote historian and philosopher Hannah Arendt in her 1951 The Origins of Totalitarianism, “but people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction…and the distinction between true and false no longer exist.”
Trump's MAGA Maggots are not just ignorant, they're overtly hostile to anything that suggests truthfulness and accuracy.
Trump's MAGA Maggots get their news from far-right social media outlets and the likes of fascists and nonsense peddlers like Joe Rogan. They believe this bullshit without question. When hit with real facts, MAGA Maggots universally talk over you and get hostile. "We have a country that is pickled in right-wing misinformation and rage," said Angelo Carusone of Media Matters.
MAGA Maggots follow Trump, their cult leader, but can't even give you valid, factual reasons why. One of the best predictors, if not the best predictor, of a Trump vote is how poor a person's information ecosystem is. People who read or watch real news outlets voted overwhelmingly for Harris. People who get their political information from social media voted for Trump. Subsequently, polls showed that Trump voters couldn't answer basic factual questions about what the candidates believed. Trump voters backed abortion, minimum wage, better access to health care, and family leave — but don't get that Trump's Project 2025 would take all that away. Low income Trump voters are now fruitlessly begging Trump not to cut their benefits — all while Trump is placing billionaires in his administration who want to cut benefits such as Social Security and Medicare. Trump and his team don't give a rat's ass about these people. Millions of people who desperately want more progressive policies cast their ballots for a man whose agenda is exactly the opposite of what they want. Trump voters are ignorant.
The typical Trump voter loves conspiracy theories. The allure of the conspiracy theory is that you, Joe Nobody, understand a topic far more than the experts who spent their lives working on this issue. You, with your enormous brain, understand every field from nutrition science to American history far more than those people who study and research. Feeling like you know better, while not having to learn anything, is intoxicating. It combines laziness with the will to feel superior.
The good news is that conspiracy theories have a way of petering out. Eventually, most people stop believing in, or at least caring about, those theories and the assholes like Trump who propagate them. But in the meantime, America has to put up with the likes of a lying pig like Trump and his legions of ignorant MAGA Maggots.

This was Trump's personal pick for Attorney General
The House Ethics Committee’s long-awaited report on Matt Gaetz provides a trove of salacious allegations, including sex with an underage girl, that ended the Florida Republican’s bid to lead the Justice Department. Remember, folks, Gaetz was Trump's hand-picked nominee for Attorney General.
Gaetz filed a last-minute lawsuit to try to block the report’s release, but it got out anyway. In authoring the report, the Committee authorized 29 subpoenas for documents and testimony, reviewed nearly 14,000 documents and contacted more than two dozen witnesses. When the Committee subpoenaed Gaetz for his testimony, he failed to comply. He called the investigation “frivolous.”
The Committee found that between 2017 and 2020, Gaetz paid tens of thousands of dollars to women “likely in connection with sexual activity and/or drug use.” He paid the women using online services such as PayPal, Venmo and CashApp and with cash or check, the Committee said. Women interviewed by the Committee said there was a “general expectation of sex,” the report said.
Remember, Florida voters, Gaetz did all this while he was your Republican Congressman.

Head of the "Non-Department" Department
Elon Musk, the whiny, Afrikaner fascist, is Trump's choice to head up the new "non-department" department — the Department of Government Efficiency. (Note: There is no such authorized department.) Cabinet departments are headed by Secretaries who must be confirmed by elected United States Senators. That's in the Constitution.
Columnist Greg Palast said it best — "Elon Musk is a textbook Mussolini wannabe. Heil, Elon!" After one Neo-Nazi posted that Jews deserved no sympathy because they invited "hordes of minorities" to their countries — a view known among white supremacists as The Great Replacement Theory, Musk wrote, "You have said the absolute truth."
Trump said he'll add an additional 20% tariff (to 120%!) on Chinese electric vehicles to make sure Americans are pushed into buying a battery powered Musk-mobile. Why are we massively taxing Chinese batteries, via tariffs, in the midst of a climate crisis? Duh! Trump is protecting Musk's Nevada and Texas battery-making "Gigafactories" with these new tariffs! President Biden should immediately eliminate all tariffs on EVs, solar panels and batteries.
Palast went on to say, "As Musk is a booster of the Neo-Nazi Great Replacement Theory, it's only justice that Biden adopt my Musk Replacement Theory and wipe the piggy grin off the uber-grifter's snout."

Trump sure knows how to pick 'em
The House Ethics Committee released its report on its investigation of Matt Gaetz, Trump's initial, hand-picked choice for Attorney General, which would have made him responsible for law enforcement across the United States. The report specifies that Gaetz engaged in sexual misconduct and illicit drug use, shared inappropriate videos on the House floor, misused state records, diverted campaign funds for his own use, and accepted a bribe or an impermissible gift. The Committee found that Gaetz obstructed Congress and violated other ethics rules while in office, paying over $90K to 12 women for sex or drugs — including marijuana, ecstasy, and cocaine. One of the girls allegedly paid for sex was 17 years old at the time; multiple women were transported over state lines for the purpose of sex.
Remember, this is the SCUM that Trump supposedly vetted for the job. This is the person Trump personally recommended to lead the Department of Justice!
The report says that the committee found “substantial evidence” that Gaetz had, in fact, “regularly paid women for engaging in sexual activity with him”; “engaged in sexual activity with a 17-year-old girl”; “used or possessed illegal drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, on multiple occasions”; “accepted gifts…in excess of permissible amounts”; arranged official help for one of his sexual partners, whom he falsely identified to the State Department as a constituent, in getting a passport; tried to obstruct the committee’s investigation; and “acted in a manner that reflects discreditably upon the House.”
Republicans on the House Ethics Committee last month blocked the findings pertaining to Gaetz from becoming public; but it got out anyway. Republican Party leaders were willing to put a man their own House Ethics Committee says likely violated state and federal laws into the position of the nation’s highest law enforcement officer. Noted historian Heather Cox Richardson commented that "this scenario reflects the extraordinary danger of a country in which one party’s supporters see themselves as the country’s only legitimate governing party."

Trump now wants to take over the Panama Canal and Greenland
Trump, the American Traitor and Convicted FELON, is now threatening to take over the Panama Canal. He is demanding that the Panama Canal be given back to the US. Trump claimed that Panama is not treating the U.S. well, and threatened that he will “demand that the Panama Canal be returned to the United States of America in full, quickly, and without question.”
The 51-mile (82km) canal, which has been owned and operated by the government of Panama since 1999, cuts through the middle of Panama, a country occupying the strip of land between Central America and South America.
Asshole Trump has demanded that Panama return the canal to the US unless it manages the waterway in a fashion that he considers acceptable.
As Panama’s president, José Raúl Mulino, said, “Every square metre of the Panama Canal and its adjacent zones is part of Panama, and it will continue to be.”
On Sunday Trump posted on social media that he wants Greenland too. “For purposes of National Security and Freedom throughout the World, the United States of America feels that the ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity.” Prime Minister Mute B. Egede of Greenland said: “Greenland is ours. We are not for sale and will never be for sale. We must not lose our long struggle for freedom.”

Trump: The Bait-And-Switch Asshole
Let's say it again: Trump is a bait-and-switch asshole. Trump campaigned on the promise of bringing down grocery prices. “When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on day one,” Trump said.
As recently as last Thursday Trump said Americans not being able to afford groceries will be a relic of the past. “They’re going to be affording their groceries very soon,” he said before ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
Now this lying asshole is singing a different tune. “It’s hard to bring things down once they’re up,” Trump said, referring to grocery prices. Now he's saying he may not be able to deliver on the promise of bringing down grocery prices after all. Trump never had any intention of bringing grocery prices down. It was just another of his incessant lies, and his incredibly stupid MAGA Maggots (aka "supporters") believed his bullshit.
Trump has no plan — he never did. This FELON only ran for president to insulate himself from going to prison. Period.

A code of conduct enforcement is needed for the Supreme Court
Trump's stacked "Kangaroo Court," our nation's highest court, is in desperate need of enforcement of a code of conduct.
A two-year investigation details more luxury travel by Justice Clarence Thomas, and it urges Congress to enforce a new code of conduct.
The 93-page report found additional travel taken in 2021 by Justice Thomas but not reported on his annual financial disclosure form: a private jet flight to New York’s Adirondacks in July and a jet and yacht trip to New York City sponsored by billionaire Harlan Crow in October, one of more than two dozen times detailed in the report that Justice Thomas took luxury travel and gifts from wealthy benefactors.
The investigation found that Thomas has accepted gifts and travel from wealthy benefactors worth more than $4.75 million by some estimates since his 1991 confirmation and failed to disclose much of it. “The number, value, and extravagance of the gifts accepted by Justice Thomas have no comparison in modern American history,” according to the report. Also of note, Justice Thomas' wife, Ginni Thomas, supported Trump’s unsuccessful efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election which President Biden won.
Illinois Senator Dick Durbin said, “The highest court in the land can’t have the lowest ethical standards.” Durbin has long called for an enforceable code of ethics.
Predictably, no Republicans signed on to the final report. Republican legislators are too worried about kissing Trump's ass and would never go against Trump's personally stacked Kangaroo Court.

How to save Social Security and make it FAIR!
The maximum amount of earnings subject to Social Security tax will be $176,100 in 2025. That's up from $168,600 in 2024. The Social Security tax rate is 6.2%. This means that employees and employers each pay 6.2% on wages up to $176,100, or a total of $10, 918.20 each (i.e. $176,100 x 6.2% = $10,918.20 for you MAGA Maggots out there who can't do math).
That means that wage earners who make more than $176,100 pay no Social Security tax whatsoever on the amount earned in excess of $176,100 — that includes millionaires and Trump's billionaires.
Let's make this simple. If you make less than $176,100, you pay the 6.2% Social Security tax on a full 100% of your entire income. If you're a billionaire, you pay the 6.2% Social Security tax only on the first $176,100 of your billion dollar income, or only 0.01761% of your income, but you get all the same benefits as those who pay the tax on 100% of their income!
If the fat cat billionaires, who can most afford it, had to pay the 6.2% Social Security tax on 100% of their billion dollars, they'd be paying $62 million instead of $10,918.20. The billionaires (and anyone making in excess of $176,100) are getting a free ride on the backs of those who are paying the tax on 100% of their income.
It would be very easy to make the system fair: remove the $176,100 cap on Social Security tax and have everyone without exception pay 6.2% on their entire income. That would also make the Social Security system solvent forever, and would eliminate the need for legislators to even address the issue of forcing people to work into their 70's before retiring.
Also, never forget, Americans, that Trump added about a quarter of the current national debt during his first term! He intends to extend his 2017 tax cuts after they expire in 2025, although the Congressional Budget Office estimates that Trump's tax cuts will add $4.6 trillion to the deficit over the next ten years. He has also called for the deportation of 11 million to 20 million undocumented immigrants and possibly others, at a cost estimate of $88 billion to $315 billion a year. Trump is an unrestrained, no-holds-barred spender of government money when it comes to his personal causes, but doesn't give a damn about how his irresponsibility negatively affects the rest of Americans by either cutting into programs such as Social Security or by not addressing their solvency over time. Trump’s 2017 tax cuts and the lack of any serious restraint in spending caused both the deficit and the national debt to soar. The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office, to over $28 trillion.
After he took office, Trump predicted that economic growth created by the 2017 tax cut, combined with the proceeds from the tariffs he imposed on a wide range of goods from numerous countries, would help eliminate the budget deficit and let the U.S. begin to pay down its debt. None of that panned out. TRUMP IS AN IRRESPONSIBLE LIAR.

MORE LIES FROM little trump!
Well, Little Donnie can try to lie his way into believing his lies are the truth, but it won't work with real Americans — only with ignorant MAGA Maggots.
Trump's party released the “Interim Report on the Failures and Politicization of the January 6th Select Committee” yesterday — a report that unsuccessfully tries to rewrite what happened on January 6, 2021, when rioters encouraged by Trump attacked the U.S. Capitol.
The report was released by Georgia's Republican Rep. Barry Loudermilk who was shown on video giving the rioters a tour of the Capitol complex the day before their insurrection, where they were taking photos of things typically not of interest to visitors, such as the building's stairwells and tunnels. Loudermilk, in typical MAGA Maggot fashion, has denied any wrongdoing.
The report seeks to exonerate Trump and those who participated in the events of January 6 while demonizing those who are standing against him, rewriting the reality of what happened on January 6 with a version that portrays Trump as a persecuted victim.
Won't work! Slice and dice it any way you want — Trump is a f*cking LOSER, and history will record him as such!
Even conservative former representative Joe Walsh (R-IL) wrote: "Donald Trump is un-American. The resistance to him from Americans must be steadfast & fierce.”

Republicans tried to eliminate Social Security as far back as 1935
Noted historian Heather Cox Richardson had an interesting lesson to teach Americans about the Republican party — Trump's party.
In 1935, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, as part of the "New Deal," signed into law the Social Security Act, providing ordinary Americans with unemployment insurance. "The people are what matter to government,” said Frances Perkins, secretary of labor under FDR, “and a government should aim to give all the people under its jurisdiction the best possible life.”

Religious traditionalists’ role in undermining the New Deal grew in the 1970s with the expansion of women's rights. By the 1990s, white evangelicals became the base of the Republican Party. By 2016 they had brought into the Republican Party a determination to reinstate a male-dominated, patriarchal world that resurrected the government Frances Perkins’s vision had replaced back in the mid-1930's. Now, in 2024, attacks on women have become central to the destruction of the kind of government Frances Perkins helped to establish during the New Deal. Religious extremists in the Republican Party have in some states reduced or prevented women’s access to healthcare and are talking about taking away women’s right to vote, and the party itself has downgraded the role of women in society. When House Republicans released a list of their committee leaders for the next Congress last Thursday, there were no women on it. For the first time in 20 years, no House committees will be chaired by women. “Very fitting in the MAGA Era — No Women Need Apply,” former Republican representative from Virginia Barbara Comstock posted on X.

He deliberately patterned the Republican National Convention after a professional wrestling event, even featuring a number of professional wrestlers; and now he's tapped henchmen for revenge against those who tried to hold him accountable to the law because his entire focus in running was to avoid prison time.
You see, Trump appeals to the lowest common denominator, the uneducated, the weak, the gullible. But now that he's won reelection, Trump has lost interest in the promises of his own campaign. In other words, Trump lied.
So, what are you reading? What fills your head with so-called "news?" Is it biased? Is it factual? Is it social media trash? Do you know the names and qualifications of those doing the posting, or do their names begin with ambiguous "@" symbols whose opinions you just blindly copy and paste? Their companies and their own pocketbooks are poised to benefit from Trump's planned tax cuts and sweeping deregulation. These billionaires are "sucking up" to Trump, and not to you and I who made their companies and their own pocketbooks wealthy.
Political consultant Jim Ross said, "Trump has proven to be vindictive, and I think that every corporate leader right now is walking on eggshells around him and trying to say what it takes in order to not get on his bad side."

Biden invests in the American people, while Trump invests in himself!
FACT: Trump is inheriting a strong economy as a result of Democratic leadership. President Biden took pivotal actions to rescue the economy from the devastating harm caused by the abysmal way the pandemic was mishandled by Trump. Biden shifted the U.S. economy from 40 years of supply-side economics that had transferred about $50 trillion from the bottom 90% to the top 1% and hollowed out the middle class. Biden invested in the American people instead of in himself. His team expanded the economy from “the middle out and the bottom up,” and created an economy that is now the envy of the world. Biden's work created more than 16 million new jobs, the most in any four-year presidential term in U.S. history; a record 20 million applications for the establishment of new businesses; and the stock market hitting record highs. Biden's administration brought inflation rates back to around the Fed’s target of 2%. None of that happened by accident. It happened because of qualified Democratic leadership working for the people of this country vs. working for himself, and as President Biden pointed out at the Brookings Institution yesterday, "America’s progress is everyone’s progress.”
President Biden did all this while narcissistic "Trump The Incompetent" did nothing but lambast and complain, and set himself up for enacting revenge and vengeance. Trump had no plan, and still doesn't have a plan. Trump doesn't want to lead the country. He can't; he's not qualified. Trump's tariffs will only hurt Americans
In addition to every respected economist, except Trump's kiss-ass MAGA extremists, telling ignorant Trump that his tariffs will only hurt Americans, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau yesterday said Americans "are beginning to wake up to the reality that tariffs on everything from Canada would make life a lot more expensive for them."
That statement is only partially correct. Real Americans knew all along that Trump has no f*cking idea what he's talking about when it comes to tariffs. Trump claims that tariffs “cost Americans nothing.” FACT: Tariffs are a tax on Americans.
Trump also made a statement that the United States has a $100 billion annual trade deficit with Canada — another of Trump's exaggerated lies! FACT: The trade deficit in goods and services with Canada was $41 billion.
Trump is the incompetent malignant narcissist that ignorant MAGA Maggots voted for!
Trump then took a jab at the Canadian prime minister on his social media account just after midnight on Tuesday, saying "it was a pleasure" to meet with "Governor Justin Trudeau of the Great State of Canada." This felon only ran for revenge and to stay out of jail!
Trump is clearly mentally unfit for office. He only ran for two reasons: 1) to enact revenge against those not loyal to him, and 2) to stay out of jail. As Tom Nichols so clearly pointed out after Trump’s interview with Kristen Welker of NBC’S Meet the Press, when Trump ran for the presidency this year, he “wasn’t running to do anything. He was running to stay out of jail. The rest he doesn’t care about.” Period.
Trump most certainly does not have the qualifications to be commander in chief. He's a convicted felon, a sexual abuser, and a domestic terrorist, among a long list of other misdeeds.
As historian Heather Cox Richardson pointed out in "Letters from an American," which every American should be reading every day, in Trump's interview with Welker he reiterated his plans for revenge against those he perceives to be his enemies. He told Welker that when he is president, the Department of Justice should pursue and jail the members of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol. Trump also said there were “13,099 murderers released into our country over the last three years. They’re walking down the streets. They’re walking next to you and your family, and they’re very dangerous.” That, of course, is an outward lie and pure bullshit that has been repeatedly debunked. Trump's standard operating procedure comes right from Hitler's Mein Kampf — if you tell a lie often enough, people will come to believe it's the truth.
Trump isn't presidential material. He's a small, weak, mentally failing madman.
Trump belongs in prison. And yet we have throngs of ignorant and uneducated MAGA Maggots, known as Trump supporters, who fall to their knees and kiss his ass every time he spews forth more lies on social media. A "fundamental act of justice!"
The totalitarian dictatorship of Syria's Assad fell to armed opposition yesterday. President Biden called the fall of Assad’s regime a “fundamental act of justice” and “a moment of historic opportunity for the long-suffering people of Syria to build a better future for their proud country.” Syria’s main backers, Iran, Hezbollah, and Russia, could not defend “this abhorrent regime in Syria” any longer as a "direct result of the blows that Ukraine and Israel” have landed on them “with the unflagging support of the United States,” Biden said.
Traitorous Trump, on the other hand, clearly took Russia’s side in the Syrian events in his social media postings.
Journalist Anne Applebaum, a scholar of autocracy, wrote in The Atlantic, “cold, deliberate, well-planned cruelty” like Assad’s “is meant to inspire hopelessness. Ludicrous lies and cynical propaganda campaigns are meant to create apathy and nihilism.”
A lesson to remember here is that Trump is learning from all of this. Trump doesn't have the mental capacity to initiate original thoughts or plans himself — he only follows the example and mentorship of the dictators he admires. He's learning by their example so that he can impose other dictators' actions on the American people. Trump, the domestic terrorist and MAGA cult leader, needs to be ousted as well.

Syrian President Bashar Assad's government collapsed and he fled the country to Moscow earlier today. People chanted anti-Assad slogans and honked car horns. Soldiers and police officers left their posts and fled. Trump, in his prepubescent speaking pattern, said, "Assad is gone. His protector, Russia, Russia, Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, was not interested in protecting him any longer."
Syria's al-Watan newspaper wrote, “We only carried out the instructions and published the news they sent us. It quickly became clear now that it was false.” Sound familiar? Just like the "fake news" from Trump's MAGA pulpit.
Back in March of 2011, when faced with protests that erupted against his dictatorial rule, Assad turned to the brutal tactics of his father in an attempt to crush dissent. Those protests led to an outright civil war, and Assad unleashed his military to blast opposition-held cities. The tide turned quickly last month when opposition groups ("liberators") in northwest Syria launched a surprise offensive. Assad's government forces quickly collapsed.
Can such a civil war happen in America? Absolutely. It all depends on Trump's actions against the Constitution of the United States. Never forget: Trump works for us; not the other way around. The United States is a democracy, not a dictatorship.

Pearl Harbor Day — 83 years later!
On December 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor was attacked by fascists from outside. Today democracy is being attacked by fascists from within.
Four days later, on December 11, 1941, both Italy and Germany declared war on America. “The powers of the steel pact, Fascist Italy and National Socialist Germany, ever closely linked, participate from today on the side of heroic Japan against the United States of America,” Italian leader Benito Mussolini said. Mussolini and Germany’s leader, Adolf Hitler, believed the Americans had been corrupted by Jews and Black Americans and could never conquer their own organized military machine. Mussolini believed the "steel pact," as he called the alliance between Italy, Germany and Japan, was the vanguard of his new political ideology. That ideology was called fascism, and he and Hitler thought it would destroy democracy once and for all. It didn't.
Mussolini believed that a few leaders must take a nation toward progress by directing the actions of the rest, ruthlessly suppressing all opposition and directing the economy. That select group of leaders would then elevate a single man, who would become an all-powerful dictator. To weld their followers into an efficient machine, they demonized opponents into an “other” that their followers could hate. Those leaders came to believe that their system was the ideology of the future, and they set out to destroy democracy that stood in their way.
Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the president during World War II (WWII), hammered home that the war was about the survival of democracy. America fought WWII to defend democracy from fascism, and now, over 80 years later, Americans will fight Trump, the domestic terrorist and wanna-be dictator, to defend democracy from this modern day fascist. Thanks to armies made up of men and women from all races and ethnicities, the Allies of WWII won the war against fascism. Now, once again, democracy is under attack by Trump who believes that some people are better than others.
Trump has vowed "retribution" for his political enemies. He and his cronies have vowed to replace the nonpartisan civil service with loyalists and to weaponize the Department of Justice and the military against those they perceive as enemies. They have promised to incarcerate and deport millions of immigrants, send federal troops into Democratic cities, silence LGBTQ+ Americans, prosecute journalists and their political opponents, and end abortion across the country. They want to put in place an autocracy in which a powerful leader and his chosen loyalists make the rules under which the rest of us must live.
Today, in order to save democracy, the citizens of America must resist Trump in the same way we resisted the fascist forces during WWII.

President Biden's strong economy adds 227,000 jobs in November alone!

Nonfarm payrolls rose by 227,000 for the month of November, compared with an upwardly revised 36,000 in October and the Dow Jones consensus estimate for 214,000. Job gains were focused in health care (54,000), leisure and hospitality (53,000), and government (33,000). September’s payroll count also was revised upward, to 255,000, up 32,000 from the prior estimate. The Democrats' economy is stronger than ever! And what did the Republicans do? Nothing — they whined and complained and kissed Trump's ass.
This data likely gives the Federal Reserve a green light to lower interest rates later this month.

Biden's plan works; Trump's doesn't!
"Extreme income inequality" is Trump's plan — take from the poor and give to the already wealthy. It's been tried in the past, and it doesn't work. The upward redistribution of income has already cost American workers a staggering $50 trillion over the past several decades. That’s $50 trillion that would have gone into the paychecks of working Americans, but instead went into the already fat pockets of the wealthy. According to a groundbreaking new working paper by Carter C. Price and Kathryn Edwards of the RAND Corporation, had the more equitable income distributions of the three decades following World War II (1945 through 1974) merely held steady, the aggregate annual income of Americans earning below the 90th percentile would have been $2.5 trillion higher in the year 2018 alone. That is an amount equal to nearly 12 percent of GDP — enough to more than double median income — enough to pay every single working American in the bottom nine deciles an additional $1,144 a month. Every month. Every single year. But imagine how much safer, healthier, and empowered all American workers might be if that $50 trillion had been paid out in wages instead of being funneled into corporate profits and the offshore accounts of the super-rich.
The top 1 percent’s share of total taxable income has more than doubled, from 9 percent in 1975, to 22 percent in 2018, while the bottom 90 percent have seen their income share fall, from 67 percent to 50 percent. This represents a direct transfer of income — and over time, wealth — from the vast majority of working Americans to a handful at the very top.
Under President Biden and the Democrats, Congress passed a series of laws to bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States. Those laws used federal money to start industries that then attracted private capital — more than $1 trillion of it — but Republicans would like to forget or gloss over President Biden's accomplishments, especially since they have none of their own to brag about. According to policy researcher Jack Conness, Biden's CHIPS and Science Act and the Inflation Reduction Act are already responsible for more than 135,000 of the 1.6 million construction and manufacturing jobs created during the Democratic administration.

Trump picks another sexual abuser like himself!
The New Yorker reported Saturday that Pete Hegseth, Trump's nominee for Secretary of Defense, secretly paid a financial settlement to a woman who had accused him of raping her in 2017.
Sound familiar? Sounds just like convicted sexual abuser Trump, who is standing by his choice of Hegseth, who was forced to step down from both of the non-profit advocacy groups that he ran — Veterans for Freedom and Concerned Veterans for America — in the face of serious allegations of financial mismanagement, sexual impropriety, and personal misconduct. A whistleblower at the Concerned Veterans of America said that Hegseth, who was married at the time, sexually pursued the organization's female staffers, and that he had to be restrained while drunk from joining the dancers on the stage of a Louisiana strip club, where he had brought his team. This is the kind of SCUM Trump is picking to be in his administration, representing the voters of America!
Steven Cheung, Trump's communications director, issued a statement saying that Trump "is nominating high-caliber and extremely qualified candidates to serve in his administration." Let's call a spade a spade, folks. Question: Just how much lying BULLSHIT are Americans expected to listen to from Trump and his filthy MAGA Maggots? Listen, America, it's time you "question everything" you hear and believe nothing that comes out of the mouths of the lying, extremist far-right MAGA Maggots.
Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, currently leads the Senate committee that will review Hegseth's nomination. Blumenthal called Hegseth's drinking as alarming and disqualifying, saying he "shouldn't be at the top of our national-security structure. It's dangerous. The Secretary of Defense is involved in every issue of national security. He's involved in the use of nuclear weapons. He's the one who approves sending troops into combat. He approves drone strikes that may involve civilian casualties. Literally life-and-death issues are in the hands of the Secretary of Defense, and entrusting these kinds of issues to someone who might be incapacitated for any reason is a risk we cannot take."

Nonpartisan government officials who clock in to do their job keep the government running smoothly and according to the law no matter whom voters elect to the presidency. It is precisely that stability of the American state that MAGA leaders want to destroy."
Trump, the TRAITOR, and his band of MAGA Misfits, however, think they are above the law. MAGA leaders are claiming a mandate to destroy the American state and replace it with an authoritarian government staffed with partisans whose most obvious quality is their loyalty to small-minded and mentally deranged Trump, the wanna-be king. The Atlantic’s Tom Nichols told MSNBC that Trump’s appointees are “there to build an authoritarian cadre and to put themselves beyond the reach of the rule of law.”
This weekend, an email from the mother of Trump’s pick for secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, came to light. Written in 2018, when Hegseth was in the middle of a divorce from his second wife, who filed for divorce after Hegseth got a co-worker pregnant, the email told Hegseth to “get some help and take an honest look at yourself.” Writing “[o]n behalf of all the women (and I know it’s many) you have abused in some way,” Penelope Hegseth said: “I have no respect for any man that belittles, lies, cheats, sleeps around and uses women for his own power and ego. You are that man (and have been for years) and as your mother, it pains me and embarrasses me to say that, but it is the sad, sad truth.” Pete Hegseth is an example of the worthless scum that Trump picks for leadership in his new administration — and he's just one of a long list of MAGA outcasts that Trump has chosen.

Trump is a TRAITOR and a TURNCOAT!
Traitorous Trump says he intends to nominate Kash Patel to serve as FBI director, three years before the current director's 10-year term expires. Trump himself nominated Christopher Wray, the current FBI director, in 2017, and now Trump is nothing more than a TURNCOAT.
Trump’s nomination of Patel is nothing more than his plan to fill top law enforcement and intelligence positions with more of his ignorant MAGA Maggots, loyal only to him and not to the rule of law or the Constitution of the United States, as well as a retaliatory move against Wray, who was the FBI director after his Mar-a-Lago resort was searched in August 2022, and Trump was subsequently indicted for retaining classified documents that did not belong to him. Patel ridiculed the FBI for its 2022 search warrant of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, so in Trump's twisted and demented mind, that makes Patel perfect for the job. Even among Trump loyalists, Patel is widely viewed as a controversial figure and relentless self-promoter, but that doesn't matter to Tyrannical Trump. The FBI director's position requires Senate confirmation.
FBI directors serve 10-year terms in part to shield the bureau’s leader from political pressure. FBI directors serve decade-long terms as the result of a post-Watergate law passed in response to J. Edgar Hoover’s controversial 48-year leadership of the agency. The breaking of established norms is not new for Trump, who considers himself above the law.

As a convicted felon, he was also disbarred in three states. But incompetent Trump pardoned him in December, 2020, just one month before the end of Trump's first term.
