Trump's "Kangaroo Court" rules in favor of America's #1 Traitor!

It's a sad, sad day for America and the Constitution.

Not surprisingly, twice-impeached Trump's "Kangaroo Court," stacked with six Republican-appointed conservatives and three Democratic liberals, reversed a Colorado ruling that blocked Trump, the insurrectionist and convicted sexual abuser, from the ballot.

The press reported that any real possibility that Trump would be kept off state ballots dissolved early in the hearing that ran slightly more than two hours. Justice Roberts’ criticism of the Colorado Supreme Court decision barring Trump was echoed by his colleagues, even as they varied in their constitutional grounds.

"The Republicans on the Supreme Court have shown they have no problem ignoring the obvious meaning of laws that conflict with their party's political interests," said Sarah Lipton-Lubet, president of the Take Back the Court Action Fund. "Donald Trump anticipated a moment like this one when he installed his right-wing supermajority. He thinks that these are his justices, on the court to do his bidding," she added.

"American democracy has never meant unchecked mob rule," said Colorado Common Cause executive director Aly Belknap. "Donald Trump sent an armed mob to the Capitol in an attempt to overturn the results of an election."

The Constitution's 14th Amendment section targeting insurrectionists has now been proven to be worthless. The 14th Amendment’s Section 3 dictates, “No person shall … hold any office … under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Democracy in America has been eroded at the highest levels. Respect for the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is gone forever. Traitors and insurrectionists are now free to run for office, including the highest office in the land.
